Ordered a Nomad watch from njord-gear.com - never received it, called the njord customer service line and have left numerous messages, have sent emails to their customer service email. No reply at all. Hopefully as the amount of victims rises from this fraudulent company a class action lawsuit will take shape. As for now, I will always check trust pilot and various other online review sites to understand the risks involved in dealing with a fraudulent company. Suffice to say, buyer beware!!! They certainly have a slick website, but pass on this one folks!!! If you are one of the few that actually receive your order, you'll join the growing populace of buyers that have a piece of junk that doesn't work as promised.

Customer service was absolutely horrible took 1 months to send it out and I paid for express shipping, the watch stopped working 5 months after I finally received the watch, and when I contacted them to replace and honor their warranty it took 1 months to get back to talked to me like I'm dumb and asked if I charged it, and now it's been another month and still no reply to my second email DO NOT ORDER THIS WATCH

Made order 1 month ago, order has not been dispatched! Contacted customer services several times before getting a reply. Eventually got a reply stating my order was being processed as a priority; several days later and order has not been dispatched. My inbox is full of marketing emails from Nord-Gear, yet they can’t deal with current orders. Poor customer service; poor business etiquette; poor review; and an awful company to deal with

Watch stopped working. The “indestructible “ watch just stopped working and I can’t get an answer from the customer no service department. Should have read the reviews first. I am house bound so no abuse to the watch.

I ordered a smart watch a month ago. They charged me the day i ordered and still haven’t shipped my order. The website says it ships within 48 hours. I have sent 7 emails requesting information, left a voicemail and sent a text message. The only response I’ve gotten is an automated message saying customer service will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a watch from Njord Gear and finally, after 2 months and followups, received said watch. It wasn't what we wanted, so we returned it immediately (you have 30 days). But you have to wait for a shipping label...which took 45 days to get the label which we mailed within 2 days of receiving. They received the package (I used tracking mail) and it's been 3 months with no refund (by the way, they charge a restocking fee...so you don't get the full refund). So now they have the watch AND our money! They're not reliable and they're crooks!
WARNING....do NOT buy from this company! You'll regret it!

Ordered Indestructible watch Aug 10. As of Oct 14th, no watch, only reply i get is unexpected volume of orders.

Last 2 emails no reply.
Stay away is my recommendation.

worst choice I ever made, I bought a smartwatch on 08/31, and I didn't receive it and I can't cancel it and get my money back, so I will never recommend this product

I ordered a watch at the end of August and it never came. I just get the run around when I try to cancel my order and get my money back. These guys are a scam and should be shut the f@#k down.

Ordered 2 watches over two months ago. Try contacting Njord Gear about watches and can't get anyone to answer phone left message for return call and still haven't heard anything. Email them and they sorry for delay and thanks for patience.

I’m in the construction field and wanted a watch with long battery life,and durable. I wanted the call and text feature the most.The only problem I had was after the first week it didn’t receive notifications from my phone.(messages). I reached out to customer service and they told me to reconnect, so that’s what I did.Works now and hopefully it continues.

Do not purchase from Njord Gear. i've made a purchase almost a month ago and they're completely silence! nothing about shipping date after 2 emails with at least 1 week apart and no answer to any. 3rd email requested refund. Reached out directly from their website as well for refund. Still nothing. complete silence! Feel scammed . No watch and no money so far....

I really liked the watch... Until I lost it. Couldn't figure out how or where. I always had it secure. So I got a second one. And found out how it came off. The holes in the case to secure the strap pins break off so that the pins no longer hold them in place. I sent an email to Njord since it's within the warrant period. Crickets... sent a few more.. More crickets... Too bad. Looks like I'm going shopping for a reputable manufacturer..

Placed my order on August 21 and was assured delivery soon. Waited a week for shipping notification, nothing, Sent follow up email. Now, here it is Sept 27. No response to any of the dozen or so emails since, not even the ones asking for a refund.
Should have looked for reviews ahead of time.

Never received my order unable to cancel

I ordered a 2nd band but didn't receive it, notifier the company asap and they send it quickly! Not 100% sure I like the app Fit cloud pro but I'm still learning to navigate things. Watch seems awesome but I can't figure out how to have the watch always recognize my steps and can't quite seem to figure out how to have it recognize my gait but I'm sure it does. Learning curve. Love how tough this is, not even a speck of damage after hand hauling logs out of the bush.

This has been a long time in the process. Ordered 20 June 2025. Stayed in touch with their cust support, which is good at words but not anything else. It has now been over three months, they have kept my money, and never delivered the product. So I am now advising the organization I belong to to avoid them at all costs. This organization has 1.6 Million members.

I would really like to take ownership of my first Njord Gear watch so a comprehensive review could be given. My order was on August 12th order # G123588. I've run out of patience. Please reply to me as I am ready to cancel my order and move on.
