Spade is the third smart watch vendor that i have dealt with. The first two, their smart watches were crap and the customer service was worse. Still waiting for replacement watches from both. Spade smart watch 4 so far has lived up to the hype and the information given in the advertisements. The area where Spade is light years above the rest is customer service. The watch is very self explanatory. I have had some tech questions about the operation and forwarded them to Trisha. Not only did she give me answers in great detail i got responses the same day. You should pass on all the other smart watches in the Spade class.

The ordering of my watch was easy. I got all the information I needed to know I was buying exactly what I wanted. The watch came in the time it was promised. I was able to set it up easily with the directions I received with the watch.

I have a spade 4 and had previously had a series two and loved it. My current one went black 2 weeks ago after only 6 months use. I contacted the help line and they gave me instructions to hopefully correct it. It did and I am happily wearing my watch again

I love my newest watch. I like the charger so much better as it's faster. This has been a pleasure to have and I especially love that I can wear it during my swim classes. That is so important to me.

I just LOVE this watch and app.
I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this watch and app! (insert smiley emoji here) The watch is the most feature packed watch I have ever seen. I have had, over the years, 4 Fitbit's and this watch is far SUPERIOR to those trackers. AND the customer service is AMAZING !! Trisha not only answered ALL my questions but was kind and patient with me. I allowed the battery on my watch to deplete to 5% and did not enable low power mode. The watch died, dead, RIP. I relayed this to Trisha and she IMMEDIATELY started the process of a replacement for me. I even got to change the color of the watch to my preference. I am very happy with the company and it's premiere prodcut: H4.

I bought 2 of these watches as gifts, my husband who is an android user and my mom who is iphone. My husband has never had a smart watch and he loves that it tracks his steps and sleep . My mom had an iphone watch that was older and stopped holding a charge so i got her this for mothers day. She loves it and says it does everything her apply watch did and she can swim in it.l

The watch is great. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the watch band. I contacted customer support and within minutes I got a response and 3 days later I picked another watch band and it is currently on its way to me free of charge. Great customer support.

My order did not arrive. I have emailed the company 6 times with no response. I paid 122.00 aud asked for my money back or give me the watch i ordered. No response.
