I want to rate 0 or -5!! I’m upset with myself for not checking out more of these reviews before I fell for their bs! I ordered on the 14th and they say GUARANTEED FREE shipping in 3-5 days. Now it’s about to be 11 days! Multiple times trying to contact them and each time get an automated message saying “our staff is reviewing your request” BS!!!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

I placed an order on June 12th, expecting it to arrive in time for Father’s Day. Not only did it miss the occasion entirely, but for over a month, the order status just said: “We are working on your order. Please check back later.” — No updates, no progress, just radio silence for 37 days!

The customer service is an absolute joke — no phone number, and when you email them, you’re lucky if you get a response in 7–10 days. And even then, you have to send a follow-up email just to get them to reply to your original message. PATHETIC!

After all the waiting, I finally received the watch — more than a month after ordering. They claim “3–5 business days shipping”, but that’s clearly just false advertising.

Save your time, money, and sanity.
Most of the glowing reviews you see on their website or social media seem fake or paid. Let's see if they have the courage to post this honest review.

I ordered my watch bundle one month ago and still don’t have it. This is unacceptable. The manufacturer offered a second free watch band which arrived yesterday; yet, I still don’t have my watch. What good is that gesture without a watch? Other buyers: have your eyes wide open. I can’t rate the watch, and the 2 star review is a reflection of the insufficient actions of the manufacturer not the product. I hope the product is worthy of a 4-5 star review.

I haven't received my watch yet. I have emailed them, and no response, no updates, no communication! This may be a scam.

I ordered a watch waited one month to get a email saying they are out of stock and to please wait another week for their new shipment. I canceled my order and was told I’ll get my money back with in 10 days. Still waiting for my refund

I never received my purchase.

We ordered our watch and accessories in the middle of May 2025. After 2 weeks of not receiving order I reached out via email and it took 4 days before they tell me that an item is out of stock and it would be shipped in 3-5 days. They offered me a free item for my trouble. This was June 8th. They said it would be shipped in 5 days. Today is July 23rd and I haven’t gotten my watch or any accessories or even a damn tracking number. Now they aren’t answering my emails.

I paid the cost of a phone and never received it. I did receive a watch strap but money was deducted from my account for the phone. I have tried to contact both by email or phone but there had been no response

I ordered my watch about a month ago still have not received my order ! yet they keep emailing me telling me it will be shipping soon still no watch anyways you might want to look @ some other watches we are not going to get these watches and they are giving free stuff to hold you off

They claim their watches are INDESTRUCTIBLE!! and they offer a GREAT WARRANTY!!
It is not true: not only it is destructible by just using it, but as soon as they find out you need help solving a problem, they block you, and nobody responds!

I ordered more than 2 months ago and have yet to receive my order. Sent multiple messages and asked for a refund. Received 2 emails saying my order had shipped. Still haven't received anything. Total scam. Don't waste your money.

Order #G119924 for $205.97 placed 6/21/25 was lost, ignored and disrespected from the start ! 🤬 #%*! Numerous attempts (my part) to resolve this were also ignored and disrespected by NJORD ! 😡😝😤👎

I ordered a smartwatch on June 9, 2025, the website says delivery will take 3 to 5 business days. For three days I didn't receive any notification about the status of my order, so I started messaging customer support, but I didn't get any response there either. I thought it was a scam, so I decided to cancel the order and ordered a smartwatch from another store (which was delivered on time). I sent several emails, left several voicemails, but I didn't get any response. On June 23, that is, two weeks later, the watch was delivered, and on June 24 I received an email that they couldn't cancel the order because it had already been delivered. Is this a joke? I've been trying to return the product since June 24. It's now July 22, but I still haven't received any response. Don't waste your time and money, I don't recommend this store to anyone.

Ordered June 30th, received an update July 5th stating it was going to be delayed, but delivered within the next 5 days, with an offer for an additional item for my inconvenience. Chose an item to add, and received an update to my order confirmation. A week later I got a shipping notice, however it was only for the added item and not the watch/Acc. pkg I had originally ordered, so I reached out to their support team... no response. I checked the status of my order, and it was still in pre-shipping status several days later. So I emailed them again... no response. Then I receive a notice from the delivery company that my order is on the way (still only the added item, not the watch/Acc. pkg.). So I again contacted their support team... no response. Today I receive the package and it is only the added item, a watch band for a watch that I do not have... I have also received, what I assume are automated emails asking for a video review and the quick start guide... for a watch I STILL DO NOT HAVE 21 DAYS LATER

Edit: Aug 4/25 : still no watch. Did receive an email response, after emailing and messaging their FB and IG accounts.

My order finally arrived.
18th September the watch arrived.it’s pretty good, but the compass calibration is hopeless.

Watch seemed fine at first. Good battery life. Screen broke within the first 3 months with just normal use. I don't work in heavy industry. Glass cracked and touch screen no longer works. Company would not replace it. Said I was out of warranty? Lifetime warranty means nothing. " indestructible " is a huge farce. Buyer beware.

The company is a complete scam! I ordered my watch almost two months ago and still haven’t received it. I have emailed 20 times now asking to cancel my order and refund my money and get nothing back.

Although we didn't love the watch initially we were willing to give it a try since we couldn't get a refund after we opened it. Within two weeks the pin in the strap broke so we switched out to our magnetic strap, within 24 hours of the magnetic strap obviously gave way much to easy and while working a ranch job the watch has been lost. Will not order again from Njord Gear, have reached out more than once with no responses.

I've had my watch for over 2 years now and it is still working like a charm. I had to replace the strap but the velcro replacement is lighter and more comfortable anyway so that is not much of a complaint. I work around machinery all day long and play as a backyard mechanic and so far the face still does not have a scratch.
