I purchased the Solidflex 2000 Hybrid with a P1 meter and was initially happy with the setup. That changed in early April when the battery started malfunctioning — discharging at full power through the night with no apparent load, draining completely, and behaving erratically in self-consumption mode.
Over the following 10 days of email support, I noticed a pattern that I think other buyers should be aware of.
The explanations kept changing. The first response blamed a weak WiFi signal (both devices are next to the router — this was incorrect and later dropped). Then an inverter bug was acknowledged. Then the P1 connectivity was blamed. Then "Custom Mode." Each new explanation arrived without reconciling the previous one.
The P1 completely stopped connecting to the network. After days of back-and-forth, I solved it myself by uninstalling and reinstalling the device. The support team had not suggested this. I reported my own fix back to them.
The most specific issue was never answered. Their own documentation states that when the meter goes offline, the system falls back to user-defined settings — in my case, 64W. Yet the battery was peaking at 103W and 1700W during those same periods. I raised this contradiction twice, clearly and with screenshots. It was never addressed. Instead, each response introduced a new explanation without touching the logical inconsistency I had pointed out.
The path forward was never discussed. On April 14th I explicitly asked for either a confirmed fix with a clear timeline, or a replacement/return option. Three responses later, that question has still not been answered.
I want to be fair: the support team is responsive and polite, and they do clearly have access to backend data. But responsiveness is not the same as resolution. If you are technical enough to ask precise questions, be prepared for answers that don't quite line up with each other.
I would not buy a second unit until these firmware issues are publicly confirmed and fixed.

Hoe jammer is het een slechte review te moeten plaatsen. De Indevolt app valt niet te koppelen met Solarman P1. Vrijdags klacht gemeld is nu woensdag en afgezien van een vraag tot nu toe geen enkel support ontvangen. Ik hou mijn hart vast als ik ze straks eventueel nodig zou hebben als de batterijen zijn aangekomen. Jammer, erg jammer. Ik hoop dat het een slecht-moment opname is en er een reactie komt anders gaat het hele spul retour.

Edit 16/4 ik heb geen bericht in mijn mailbox, ook niet in de spam. ik pak de draad weer op.
Solarman P1 blijkt niet compatibel met onze Kaifa MA304A ook niet na firmware udate. Doorverwezen naar Thuisbatterij voor een nieuwe Solarman en de reactie wacht ik af. De Homewizard P1 kan pas gekoppeld worden als de Indevolt batterijen al eerder gekoppeld zijn en ook dat wacht ik dus af. Communicatie is nu veel beter. We zijn er nog niet maar het gevoel is nu wel beter. 1 => 4 sterretjes.

De Indevolt SolidFlex batterij werk prima hier. De app is overzichtelijk en stabiel. De levering was een beetje apart omdat het in drie delen verzonden was waardoor de levertijd wat langer was. Het modulaire systeem is handig voor toekomstige uitbreiding. De behuizing en overall kwaliteit van de modules is zeer goed. Kleine tip. Plaats de batterij op een eigen groep om overbelasting van de groep te voorkomen.

Price was sharp and a extra discount via youtube channel.

Bestelling is niet compleet geleverd.
2e batterij en zp1 meter ontbreken nog. Maar dit kan mogelijk ook aan DPD liggen.

Fast and proper delivery for a good price

Klantenservice reageert vlot en adequaat, product Solidflex komt degelijk en betrouwbaar over. Software hier en daar nog voor verbetering vatbaar.

Quick delivery and (I m an experienced IT pro) I ve never seen an installation that easy. Up and running in 6 minutes.

The BK1600 units are great! I bought 2 units thinking they could be stacked. Found only later you need a BK1600 Ultra to stack them. Have 3 friends who bought each 2 units but can't cluster them. The sad thing is that 2 units can not work together in one house on one IP address. What should we do?

Snelle levering, goede prijs kwaliteit

The IndeVolt is truly Plug & Play. Easy to install and everything worked well right away.
I first purchased the EcoFlex 2000 ECO with 1 extra SFA 1800 battery and later bought another 2 SFA 1800 batteries. The battery units look solid, except for the adjustable feet with very thin threads, especially when there are 4 units on them with a total weight of more than 80 kilos.

Goede support afdeling, snel en duidelijk.
De Indevolt app voor de besturing kan beter, soms niet helder. Jammer dat voor de BK1600 geen korte kabels te koop zijn.

Terrific and very prompt service;
I wanted to order the Solidflex at the Dutch representative company thuisbatterij.nl, for nearby service and warranty, but accidentally ordered directly with the IndeVolt webshop.

After three hours I called indevolt at 21:00 on Friday evening in order to cancel the order (and they responded!).

They promised to cancel and refund. On Saturdaymorning around 9:00 the money was returned on my creditcard account. Unprecedented for a webshop in my opinion.

I have now installed the Solidflex and am verry happy with my choice. Very sturdy and aesthetic design, the operation is easy and it works perfectly.

Good website, easy to order, good information but long delivery time.

Een deel van mijn bestelling was kwijtgeraakt. Ik heb een terugbetaling aangevraagd.

Good product for the price. I was also given a choice whether or not to send data to the cloud, giving me control over privacy. Took a bit of time to get it configured to only charge on my PV, but it is working as I expected it to do.

Werkt heel goed met bijgeleverde p1, kreeg hem nog niet goed werkend met homewizzard dongel
App werkte er mee maar batterij zag hem nog niet
