I have received my original fingerprint necklace today and it is beautiful! I am very happy with my purchase and I am really happy with the customer service! This necklace has a fingerprint from my mum who passed. As there are the only prints I have, I was anxious they would arrive and after phoning Naomi Eska customer service, they did a great job reassuring me.

After making a mistake on my order, customer service was very helpful and responded quickly! I Bought a mini finger print pendant with diamonds and chain. The whole process was a pleasure, It took a few weeks but lead time was longer than usual due to Xmas. The pendant is around the size of a 5p coin. The impression is of my 2 year old son’s thumb. I gifted it to my wife as a Xmas present.
She absolutely loved it. The impression came out perfectly, all in all a very beautiful piece of jewellery which will be treasured for many years!

I ordered the fingerprint token for myself and it's amazing. I really beautiful and unique piece that captures my 1 yr old and 4 yr old in a way that feels truly personal.

The communication and customer service was fantastic and the pendant arrived beautifully presented and I've worn it ever since.
