Noemi recently created a necklace with my dads fingerprint after he passed away suddenly. I was anxious that I wouldn’t be able to gain a good print or have another chance. Noemi really guided me through the whole process, she was super communicative from beginning to end and created a beautiful necklace I can keep. Would rate 100/10 if possible.

Just as a side note for anyone thinking about the process, the funeral directors were also very helpful, just don’t be shy to ask them

From start to finish the team was amazing and so understanding to work with, communication was quick, friendly and professional. I had made an unexpected request for my ring to be made in such short notice due to personal reasons, I was offered complimentary engraving which was very much appreciated and I had the ring with me the following week after I sent it off. Honestly the best customer service I've had in a long while, we'll definitely be back next year for our babies finger print necklaces. Would highly recommend them

Absolutely amazing service! Naomi and her team are so wonderfully responsive, helpful and a delight to deal with. And the rings are stunning! Perfect fits! The process of getting our finger prints and inscriptions was really easy and well thought out. And they were happy to add our doodles which made the rings even more special to us. And the ring boxes are so beautiful! We are eternally grateful!

Noami was so helpful and kind when purchasing her necklace. She was very patient with me when I was unsure of some of my prints, as I was worried they weren't clear enough. Her customer service is second to none, and I have had many compliments on the necklace. I have recommended her to so many people, and will continue to do so!
