Mark Wood helped me get my internet working, it took quite a long time but there was apparently an issue on the back end that caused it to take a while. He stayed with me for hours to finally resolve the issue and get the service working.

But regarding customer service with Zach Brown he did great! Even though I was pissed he managed to calm me down and make me laugh . He didn't match my attitude

Harry Jackson did a really wonderful job today. He is the first person I've spoken to who got my issue resolved during the first interaction without having to wait. He quickly got me back into my portal and got my bill adjusted to the correct amount. I didn't have to keep repeating myself. He understood the issue and acted. We need many more agents like Mr. Jackson at nomad. Thank you!!
