I was charged 150 euro because I didn't realise I hadn't cancelled my subscription. As soon as the money left my account, I contacted them and despite having many answers to my pleas, they refused absolutely to refund anything at all.
There was no reminder that the payment was due and cancelling was not straightforward either. There were 2 different charges, one for the face exercises and one for the one to one support, but I can't get a refund on either of them. I'm furious and completely skint now. I don't how to pay for my family food bills now.

I too strongly warn against purchasing…
I too strongly warn against purchasing a trial from Nord Yoga as the massive ongoing charges seem unjustifiable.
The charges are hidden with automatic withdrawal of staggering £79.11/ 4 weeks taken from your bank account without any prior warning or email. When I asked to cancel and receive a refund (I did this within a few hours) I was informed this wasn’t possible despite not having accessed the app.
I was also informed by their customer services help team that it wasn’t possible for my concerns to be raised to more senior management as they do not have a process for that!
Oh but I did receive a lovely worded email afterwards offering me a lifetime subscription for just £67.69……!!
