TOTAL SCAM!
TOTAL SCAM!! Can someone from Nord Yoga contact me to cancel my unintended eternal subscription. I am finding it impossible to get a response in any other way. I did not intend to sign up to your app for life, yet cannot find a way of stopping you from taking payments from my bank.

I emailed them to request cancellation…
I emailed them to request cancellation and refund within a week. I had no time for this since my mom was hospitalized. They cancelled any subscription but would not refund any payment. They said it is because it is an online program. They also said it does not matter if there is a personal situation, they don’t consider that.
Glad I only paid for one month. Not at all what I expected. Be careful!

Too long to get through the purchase process.
Anything that doesn't automatic charge and doesn't let you or prompt you to renew is somewhat of a scam but I purchased the lifetime access knowing that I can get my money back if this doesn't work.

Do not sign up to this company unless you cancel the auto-renew. £118 for a app came out of my account! They were really difficult when getting it back and during the registration process there was no mention of this amount of money which is totally unreasonable. Steer clear! Scam artists.

If I could award this company minus 5 I would.
I thought I’d give them a chance with a one-month £15 payment with a view to extend. Big mistake, they slap a huge £79 monthly subscription on you in the sneakiest possible way. This referred to as a ‘surprise’ payment charge- no kidding!
They say they are not scammers but they ARE deceitful, dishonest and utterly devoid of professional integrity.
Please do avoid them or you will end up writing a review just like so many of us here & then be treated to the exact same patronising auto response. Ugh…

Just today they have changed their automated response to a new customer-blaming one,(see below), implying that there was real transparency about the subscription.
Nice try…. nothing to change in my above comments…

Be warned!
I signed up to this app not realising, certainly not seeing anywhere when you sign up, that after the introductory offer if you do not remember to cancel you will be charged £79.11 automatically per month. Nothing to alert you that the payment will go out. Thank goodness I noticed 2 payments had gone out of my account and I directly contacted them to cancel my subscription. I also blocked the next payment from my bank account.
It's a very sneaky and unprofessional way of taking people's money.
They did respond quickly and have cancelled my subscription which I am grateful for.
The exercises may work, but I found I just didn't have time to do them regularly. Just be careful when signing up to this, make sure you read the small print!
