I think this company is scamming customers. I have had 5 payments taken in the last two months and no delivery! I had not registered the payments were being taken. No telephone number and no reply to emails but very good at taking payments.

Phenibut arrived quickly and was cheap. I purchased very little because the price alone is reason to be sceptical. A small dab on my tongue tastes like finely ground ascorbic acid( vit C) . Very different than Amino USA's phenibut
. Nordic doesn't print the molecular structure on the bottle nor do they have a purity guarantee on the bottle.

Ill pitch for previously purchased products from Amino USA. Theyre fast and reasonably priced. Mine always arrives in 3 to 4 days with standard shipping! Amino USA' records the purity at 99% as well as the lot # the cas # the molecular weight AND the molecular structure. As does any reputable company in the field.

To be fair though. Ive yet to experiment on my lab animals.

I placed an order for distilled water nearly a month ago. Have not received my order and have not had a response to my emails for a refund.

Less than one star ! I’ve waiting for my order which I placed early June and it was meant to be 48 he delivery. I’ve sent loads of emails and have been ignored. Still not received my order. I’ve been buying off them for a long time and the last 2 orders were very damaged . Disgusting and non existent customer services . Steer clear AT ALL COSTS.

I do receive the products but it's never within the specified times. They say 48hr delivery but its more like 6+ days fyi. Probably choose somewhere else more reliable. Also customer service is diabolic, no replies or anything ever.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! Complete scammers! I would give this company no stars if it gave the option. Lack of customer care or service. Ordered distilled water and paid £29,99 on the 07/04/26 and received nothing - still waiting! Have emailed and filled out their online form daily with no response. We can’t let them get away with scamming people!

Order not fulfilled(no delivery details provided at, or after point of sale, no delivery recieved) - have emailed twice with no response from Nord Chem. Highly advise purchasing elsewhere.

Woeful. No delivery and no response to multiple emails. Avoid this company, they'll walk off with your money and there's nothing you can do about.

Everything went well for many months, but trying to sort out a missing delivery is IMPOSSIBLE! This company has no published phone number and they will not reply to emails. Only option is a chargeback.

Their website says 100% happiness guaranteed.. what a joke!

I ordered a 5litre hydrogen peroxide to use for some cleaning recipes. It was a good price and I didn’t need in a hurry or anything so was happy with whatever the delivery timescale was It was sent in a box with no additional protection around the container. I picked it out of my parcel box with a wet cardboard outer and upon opening that box, the lid and spout of the container had been crushed which appears to have led to the product leaking. These things do happen, I appreciate that, but the reason for only 3 stars is because I emailed them to advise of this with photos of the deliver box and product (which was now not 5 litres) and guess what, not even a simple reply of we are sorry in the last 10 days since I emailed. The merit of a good company is how they deal with things when they go wrong, and it appears that this company doesn’t, they just ignore them hence my 3 stars. It’s a shame as the product is fine and they offer good value for money too!

I ordered 30 litres of distilled water for a medical conference and only 15 litres got delivered. I had put this down to an error with the courier but after checking their reviews I can see it seems to be their standard practice. Like others have said there is no way to contact them, they have no phone number and they ignore all emails. A dodgy company please avoid.

Only received half my order of distilled water . Not even sure I trust the product to use either after reading all the terrible reviews

Disappointing experience.
Made several attempts to obtain a VAT invoice for an order. They ignored all comms :-0(
I won't buy from them again.

Honestly, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. I’ve given two stars because, despite the terrible customer service and very slow dispatch and delivery times, you do eventually receive what you ordered.

However, I should add a note of caution: it’s hard to say for certain what “Nord Chem” is actually selling. Their bottles don’t have batch numbers, product specifications, or any sign of laboratory testing to confirm they’re genuinely selling distilled water. I don’t have access to a lab or the expertise to verify this myself, but it does make me a bit uneasy.

After my recent experience with Nord Chem, where I couldn’t reach them for several weeks after placing my order, I decided to try APC Pure instead - which is slightly more expensive (for 20L with delivery I paid 25%~ more) . Their bottles include batch numbers and detailed specifications, and they just look far more professional overall.

Do not use this company! I ordered hydrogen peroxide and the delivery did not arrive when it should have and when it eventually arrived. The box was falling apart - poorly packaged. I have also tried to email and use the contact form to get an invoice but no reply. A terrible company with no contact phone number. DO NOT USE!!!

My wife ordered 4 bottles of their purified water but then altered the order to two bottles. The company delivered two bottles but took money out of my wife's account for 4 bottles. When we e mailed them they ignore answering them or do not refund the money. The director Ian Bulatovic is a registered director at Azets Westpoint in Peterborough and in Italy for Nordchem at Corso Buenos Aires 79 - 20124 Milano.

I believe this company is a scam they service your first order then just take the money for the next order, they have no phone number. Give this company a wide birth. The e mail address given out does not correspond to any of their addresses. In fact the addresses have closed down or been taken over by another company.

I ordered 5 x 5 litres of distilled water. It was a good price and quick delivery. Very good.

I ran into a snag when it appears that I had unknowingly created a repeat order so was amazed to be charged for a second delivery. However I contacted the firm and Mike sorted it, gave me the refund and all is well.

A good honest firm to deal with but do be careful you don't do a repeat order unless you want one.

Same review as everyone else cant not contact anyone tried email and contact us form no response, no contact number, tried to contact for weeks as have been sent a different quantity and pack size on our order and unable to contact to return and get refunded
