Ordered on the 9th May for a 48 hour delivery. Finally delivered today on the 19th (there were 2 weekends in between to be fair). I did chase them twice by email but didnt get a reply. There's no phone number for them. The labels on the bottle are just thermal printed labels so im not convinced its distilled water but I can't prove it. I wouldn't order again but at least I got my order which is more than can be said for a lot of people reading the reviews

This is a dodgy company, stay well clear of this company. They are a scam company, they draw you in with an order then refuse to communicate after that, no email no one to talk to, no phone number DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

Ordered 40L of Distilled water on Standard 48hr on 28th April 2025. Order arrived on 9th May via DHL. Sadly the seller doesn’t appear to respond to emails but thankfully order arrived unlike others review on here.

Advice to Nord Chem. Please respond to emails and be honest with people. If order is going to take 2 weeks, tell people and that way they can allow for that amount of time.

Nothing received from order, no response when asked where order was. Chargeback started.

I had a terrible experience with these people. I get the impression they take your money and hope you just forget about it?
I waited 2 weeks for my order, wrote to them 4 times over the following weeks and never heard a thing. When I threatened to contact my credit card company, I suddenly got an email saying 'DHL lost it'. This is clearly bullsh*t, I always get an email when DHL have received a package for me. I heard nothing from these people after the initial confirmation. They treat their customers with contempt.
I looked in my emails and had forgotten I had the same experience with them 18 months ago! Avoid at all costs, there are many other places ro buy bulk distilled water.

3 weeks waiting for a package, DHL never received it.. can't contact them.. what a pain, stay away from this company!

Took nearly 2 weeks to deliver a bottle of hydrogen peroxide 2 HOURS away! My Temu packages from China arrived well before this that's saying something. Zero communication from them amd very little tracking info..at one point I thought I wasn't going to receive my item.. then when it arrived it wasn't the packaging label that is shown in the picture. Instead it looks very cheap and dodgy, I don't even know if it's really hydrogen peroxide in the bottle. Overall this is the worst experience I've had with Any seller, never mind not the end of the world

I was shopping about for some distilled water that could be bought in bulk and came across Nordchem's site. The site was easy to use and I paid £1.99 to have my order delivered with the 24hr service.

Overall, a good business that I would buy from again

Ordered Hydrogen Peroxide for cleaning. Ordered to take from Newcastle to London for cleaning a house im working on. Paid for express 24hr delivery Tuesday. Travelling now on Friday never arrived. Ordered confirmed. No tracking, no despatch notification. Phone number from Google unobtainable. No answer to two emails. Will have to buy again from elsewhere. Beyond poor.

UPDATE!

Ordered 18/2/25 WITH EXPEDITED ONE DAY 24HR DELIVERY ACTUALLY DELIVERED 28/2/25. SO ORDERING 18/2/25 SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED 19TH OR 20TH FEBRUARY 2025. Tracking from EVRI shows the order was only notified to EVRI to collect from NORDCHEM 25/2/25! Eight days after expedited order made. Told on 26/2/25 in response to 4th email courier had lost the order, all money including postage to be refunded by email didn't happen. Absolute waste of my time and money. Have received goods but well after I needed them for specific job. Parcel shows nothing to indicate when it was sent out 8 days late it was an expedited parcel so cant even blame EVRI for taking three days to deliver. Had done the job with hydrogen peroxide bought elsewhere in the meantime. Still unsure if the refund will come.......

I ordered 25L of distilled water last Friday, and it has now been a week with no delivery. I've sent multiple emails, but they haven't responded. Extremely disappointed with their service.

Placed an order for 30L of distilled water and after receiving a confirmation I had to chase up the company to stick with their delivery policy. I Have received the goods in perfect condition. It would appear their customer service needs an overhaul.

All seamless. My order (40L) arrived after 3 days. Have used this company three times with no problems.

Wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered.
Ordered 25l distilled water last Thursday. It is now Tuesday and have had no further contact from this company whatsoever, even though I have emailed to request the status of my order.
These scam companies make me sick, I wouldn’t mind but I checked the web address was secure by looking for the padlock, which was there. I am ashamed to say ‘You got me!’ Hope you feel good about it …

The 48 HR guaranteed delivery is now on day 6 not answering my email so I'll contact my card company for a full refund including shipping costs as I don't believe it will turn up.
I will order elsewhere and won't use company again

Same I’ve fell for their trap, they don’t even reply. Will need to go through my bank because of it, total scam artists, been messaging them for a month.

I had the same issue with no contact. I paid extra for 24hr Express Delivery. I had to order Trade Chemicals bottles from Amazon.

UPDATE:
Zelle, from Customer Service replied to me quickly this morning and expressed that a lot of these issues were from last year, 2023, when they used to outsource work. She refunded me for my order and shipping. I appreciated her response, and handling of my concerns.

I ordered Distilled water for my laser on the 18 Sept Took ages to arrive so had to buy from amazon as I needed it fast to make orders. Sent multiple emails stating the order number asking where my order was and no reply I then asked to cancel order via email the day after it was marked as despatched still no email reply came a few days later today 7th October got an email from the saying sorry for the delay what's your order number WHAT AN ABSOLOUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE WISH I SEARCHED FOR REVIEWS FIRST ON GOOGLE

I purchased their water last year and it took two weeks to arrive. Upon testing it did read zero ppm of dissolved solids, but I tested it for bacteria using incubated dip slide tests. The results were off the charts. Their water was full of bacteria and could not possibly be distilled. I complained to them and they said it must have been a 'faulty' batch. I left it another month and repeated the process out of interest. This time I paid for a sample to be analysed at a UKAS-registered laboratory (Feedwater Ltd. in Wirral). The test results came back showing Nordchem's supposed distilled water contained 190,000 bacteria per single millilitre!

The only possible explanation is that Nordchem are passing off a cheaper grade of industrial water; Deionised, or RO water perhaps, as ultra-pure distilled water. It most certainly is not distilled. Be careful.

Avoid. Bought a product with 2-4 days arrival time. That was 8 days ago and tracking still shows only as ‘order placed’.
3 emails sent and no responses. Will claim money back through my credit card I hope.
