Excellent company to deal with. car is nice and clean. price is very good. I've used after hour collect with no trouble. No sure why some review is poor. Likely fake reviews. bond refunded overnight. They even give me a free lift back to the airport. definitely will use again.

So many things went wrong with our booking from start to finish.
1. I booked a 12 seater van at the Greenwood office. To be told it was booked at the Welshpool office. Luckily I personally checked before trip commenced otherwise this would have delayed the start of our trip.
2. Not told of $1000 bond.
3. Signed Contract not emailed through as promised.
4. Child anchor points not found. Couldn’t get through to office to find them. Hence, we then had to take separate vehicles after journey commenced to pick family up who were to travel in the bus.
4. No manual in hired vehicle to find them.
5. No manual meant we couldn’t find release latch to fuel tank to refuel. Luckily we found someone who did.
6. Over charged on kilometres that weren’t used on the trip by mistake and funds taken out the account without email or notice.
Overall, very disappointed.

As we were doing the remote Gibb River Road, I booked this car with a request to gave a second spare tyre provided. This was confirmed to me when I booked at additional cost which was acceptable.

24 hours before collection, I received notification that the second spare could not be provided. At that late stage, I could do nothing but accept that with the applicable fee reduction.

If I had known that this was going to happen, I would not have booked the car.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the 12-seater van we rented was absolutely disgusting!!! The guy even mentioned it had been used at the mines, and it looked like it had never been cleaned. I was furious. I rented this van to take my family, including a newborn and toddlers, around Perth for their holiday, and it was filthy and embarrassing. Our clothes were stained from the seats, so it honestly felt like we’d also done a shift at the mines. Totally unacceptable.

Great company to deal with. I had to extend my rental at least 3 times with no issues. Would definitely hire a car from them again!

Our vehicle had only done 35,000 kms, so was perfectly reliabe and economical. The staff were very pleasant. The free Broome airport shuttle was quick and had lots of space for our luggage.
Online booking was simple.
I would thoroughly recommend booking a vehicle with Northside Rentals.

Excellent process - hired online, filled in the paperwork online, making the pickup of the vehicle very quick and easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy return. The vehicle itself was in very good condition and drove well.

Northside Rentals experience was efficient and professional. They where most helpful when we misjudged the distance between our apt and their premises and they came and pick us up from roadside and drop us in town after we returned the vehicle. Would hire again.

I rented a van for 4 months. After a lot of research I found Northside Rentals to be the best price.
The process was easy and the staff were very helpful.

Trudy and the team were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Car as new and spotless. I have used many hire companies on my regular trips to Perth but this was the first time I had used Northside. Based on this experience I will be back later in the year.

The vehicle that was delivered to me had an expired registration/licence, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. This not only caused me significant inconvenience but also put me at legal and personal risk.

Very friendly and helpful staff on the phone when we booked the rental, right on school holidays. We were ready to pick up the car earlier, we phoned them and they got the car ready for us.
Receptions staff, helpful, friendly and efficient. We took the car back a week later and same friendly and efficient service was all the way through.

Customer service was very professional and friendly.
The truck was clean and ready to go the only criticism I have is that the tail lift was to narrow.
The hire cost was very cheap compared to other companies,very good value.

Good quality hybrid car for a very reasonable daily rate. Smooth registration and checking-in service. Efficient shuttle drop-off service to Perth Airport upon return of the rental car. Highly recommend Northside rentals. Have used them several times over the last few years.
