Would you care to say what happened to this booking? Why I was left stranded at airport at the busiest time of the year when my car was confirmed? And after 3 weeks I haven’t received the refund of the payment I have made? Booking number XML-20474084-REZERVASYON. No thanks.

Regarding your refund, as the payment was made through EconomyBookings, the refund process is handled by them directly. We have already confirmed the cancellation and refund approval on our side.
