Always a great service and value as I live in the country it’s brilliant when u text me to say my order will arrive at a certain time it’s always spot on

the agent cslled to discuss an item that was not availsble and solved the issue quickly and easily. the package came quickly and all items were present and packed with care.

Got my exact order, earlier than I expected.
I shopped there regularly before lockdown. This was my first time ordering for shipping.

I'm editing my first review as I ordered again and the service has improved.
First time I ordered I got the package without getting an e-mail informing me that the parcel was dispatched, unlike the information given initially. Later that night an e-mail arrived saying that the order was dispatched.... It too like 6 days to arrived and I thought it was a bit long.
For my second order I got an e-mail in the evening, so I knew the parcel would be arriving most probably the next morning, and it did. This time it took less time, like 4 or 5 days. Also, by then I had a very bad experience with a competitor of Nourish, who never sends you the parcel, even if you pay for express service.
Overall, Nourish has very good online service, even in these difficult times. I also visited the shop in Nutgrove in these days and it was a good experience. Thank you for your hard work.

The products were a little late in coming and one product was unavailable.

I really Love Nourish and their products so much and have been shopping in-store for years, but placed an order online and am extremely disappointed in the unnecessary amount of unrecyclable, single-use packaging. I received two small items in a big box with over 2 metres of bubble wrap. Disappointed as they are supposed to be a sustainable company
