I placed order over 2 months ago

I placed order over 2 months ago , on 11 december 2019 to be exact and still have not received the order. I contacted customer service and they replied after few days saying it had been shipped and sent me exact same information back I sent them also requested a refund stated I was not happy have heard nothing back. I want my money back!

Where is my order?

I’m still waiting for my order nearly 2 months now. I received e-mail about a month ago from PayPal that it is shipped. I sent e-mail to Nourish 2 times for updates but no reply.
I want my money back!

I ordered the Nourish Belle

I ordered the Nourish Belle. Took a very long time, Had to call and inquire why it wasn't delivered. Then it was not delivered to the correct address. Sent to billing not mailing address. My parents delivered the package to me last night. I charged it and it doesn't turn on. It shows that it is charged. Attempts to address the problem with customer service were made.They were useless!
Terrible product and terrible customer service. I need additional information to get a refund.

Very slow to dispatch

Very slow to dispatch. Claim it's because they are out of stock, but yet when I placed order the website said there was 2 left. If I had known they were out of stock I would have gone elsewhere as some of the order was for a gift. If they were genuinely out of stock, they clearly need a better system for managing stock on their website. Not the first time it's happened either; I've been ordering from them for a few years. Unreliable, won't be ordering again.
