The final broker we worked with, Eightcap, was responsible for managing accounts and payouts, as per our agreement. When they backed out, it left us in a difficult position, and we’ve been working to recover ever since.
Despite these challenges, we have not disappeared like many other firms. Instead, we have taken steps to ensure long-term stability, bringing everything in-house to prevent future broker-related issues.
We fully understand that OG clients who were affected by these migrations feel let down. However, to help traders transition, we have offered a 50% discount for those who didn’t want to wait for migration. While we know this isn’t the ideal solution for everyone, it’s the best we could do under the circumstances.
What happens next?
Our priority is stabilizing the platform and ensuring it remains sustainable. Once we have done so, we plan to gradually migrate accounts—but we need time to make sure it’s done correctly. Leaving negative reviews won’t speed up the process—it only slows things down further.

Unjust Breach Notification
On March 6, 2025, I took two trades, risking 1% in total across both positions. This was well within the stipulated risk management rules. However, later that evening, I received an email stating that I had allegedly breached the daily drawdown rule, with a supposed drawdown of 4.65%—a figure that is completely inaccurate based on my actual trade history.
Upon reviewing my trades, it is evident that your platform has either:
1. Miscalculated the drawdown, falsely attributing a higher percentage loss than what was actually incurred.
2. Manipulated the results, leading to an unfair disqualification without any justifiable reason.
This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the significant financial commitment I made to participate in this challenge. If your system is faulty, it is your responsibility to rectify such errors instead of penalizing traders unfairly.
Lack of Accountability & Poor Customer Service
Following the breach notification, I attempted to contact your support team for clarification, but my queries have gone completely ignored. The lack of response only reinforces the suspicion that your firm does not operate with the transparency and fairness expected from a legitimate prop trading firm.
If your challenge is designed to disqualify traders unfairly, then it is nothing more than a predatory scheme aimed at collecting entry fees rather than actually supporting skilled traders.
A Warning to Other Traders
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing any challenge from Nova-Forex. The lack of transparency, questionable rule enforcement, and non-responsive support make it clear that this firm is not one traders should trust with their money.

At Nova Forex, the 4% daily drawdown is a trailing drawdown, meaning it's not only based on the initial balance at the start of the day but also adjusts upward if your equity increases during the day. This means:
If your account's equity reaches a higher point during the trading day, the maximum daily loss is calculated from that new highest equity value.
Therefore, even if your balance is within the limits, a drop of 4% from the highest equity within that day would result in a breach.
We completely understand how this can sometimes create confusion, especially if you were carefully managing risk. However, we can assure you that the breach was not arbitrary or manipulated—it is based on an automated system that tracks equity in real-time according to the rules you agreed to when starting the challenge.
Why might this happen?
Often, traders see temporary equity spikes during trades. For example, if your equity increased from €200,000 to €205,000 during the day, your new 4% daily limit is calculated from €205,000, not the original balance. If your equity then dropped below €196,800, that would trigger the breach.

Regarding your specific case:
Eightcap was responsible for the management of accounts, collection of funds, and processing of payouts, as per our agreement with them. Nova’s role was limited to marketing and driving sales.
When Eightcap backed out of the agreement, they left both Nova and its traders in a difficult position, forcing another migration and creating the delays you're experiencing.

I never paid nobody for challenge passes anymore because I use easy funded mt5 ea . Since I rented it from mql5 passed all hft friendly challenges when needed easy.

I've been waiting to get paid for a year! I have been in contact with them all year and they assured me to be patient. On September 4 I received a payout confirmation, where it said that I would get the money in 3-5 days. Paolo is one of the worst people and scammers on chat when it comes to support, he repeatedly wrote me that my withdrawal is being processed and that I will get the money in days. now he wrote me , that they are not responsible for my withdrawal because my account was before migration! After all, it is still the same team and the same company nova funding!!! The best part is that instead of my payout they offered me 50% zniki to my new account haha. There is a reason why they removed their channel on telegram and reported them as , “scammers”. They played it very cleverly, changing the broker and now they have an excuse not to pay people and those people who were before the migration will never see their money!
