I requested a breakdown quote and input my registration. It's a campervan. Their site knew what the vehicle was and quoted a price. It was only the next day reading the terms and conditions I realised the insurance was invalid on reasons of size and usage. Cancelling the policy cost me £10 , nice easy money for them for no cover

Called to get a contents quote and spoke to Fae Tyler who was extremely helpful. She called me back today and I went ahead with the cover.

I'm the Executor of an estate with a vacant property to sell. Nova was reasonably priced and relatively easy to arrange. The property sold mid way through the policy year and I cancelled the policy by email. I received confirmation within 30 minutes the policy was cancelled and asked what refund was due. I heard nothing for 10 days so I called and was told it would take 4-6 weeks for any refund to be processed. This is completely unacceptable. Companies who take your money immediately, cancel your policy immediately but take months to provide a refund should be avoided.

Extremely dishonest company! Salesman (John Baker) said he would always be there for help if we needed anything and yet ignored about 20 phone calls with numerous voicemails left, and e-mails. He even refused to pick up the phone when in the office and we were transferred. We were provided a list of coverages and then once we attempted to file a claim they sent a list of items they refuse to cover. Even though it was still clearly marked as being a covered item, and the dealership also agreed the claims should be covered, they refused to provide coverage, or an explanation as to why. They even stated over the phone that they know nothing about cars. We ended up canceling the policy due to the poor service. I would highly recommend you find a different provider.

Informed Nova Insurance of my move to my property that I had previously rented out. Was told that I will be receiving the difference on the policy. I wasn’t expecting a 650 dollar check, and I received it two weeks after change notification. My insurance also dropped 30%. Been a customer for 9 years, never had any issues. So far, only had positive experiences with them, no complaints.

After a full day of dealing with rude, arrogant and unprofessional staff from other Insurance companies, Kieran at Nova Insurance made my enquiry an easy and pleasent experience. I phoned several companies during the day to enquire about insurance for my mother who is very unwell, and all they wanted to do was sell me add on extras policies rather than deal with the actual enquiry.
I cannot recommend this business highly enough!

I called Nova to ask about insurance for an unoccupied property . I spoke to Jack Fuller who provided a very efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble , he explained everything in detail and all documents were sent to me same day . Excellent service , I will definitely recommend them in the future.
