considering you're sending this questionier the second day of this experience, i dont know how you can expect anything good.
I did send an e-mail to customer support letting them know that I couldn't here the person talking but I could hear the music. the quick tip opened in the middle of a sentance so I didn't know what it was referring to. I also couldn't get past 29% of the lesson before it locked up. 7-18-25 I have spoken with the company and they have been very responsive to to my issues. They did refund my subscription and I had a long conversation with the owner with regards to my experience and I am going to give them a little time and then try it again. I felt like I was heard and they want to make the corrections.

No invoices, but money charged through Paypal anyway!
I,e now been charged twice for this when I thought I was getting a free trial. I guess my first cancellation didn't take??? The "skills" are pretty lame, which I found out from the trial. But now i'm paying, though I have never received an invoice! I want all my money back. I see you answer all reviews on here, so I'm hopeful you will take a break from creating your paragraph-long AI reviews about people and their journeys and find a way to help.

The experience was great and easy to follow. I loved that I can re-watch the videos if I missed any important details. The videos were short with the right amount of information for each lesson, that if I needed to take a break I could.
I am very pleased and happy that I took a chance and bought the cake decorating package last Christmas.

Poor service
I signed up for the courses but the dashboard won’t load and I can’t see any courses. Also I can’t get a response from the help desk. I also don’t seem to be able to cancel the subscription. I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow to reverse the payment.

Classes Seem to Be Good, But Not the Service...
There doesn't seem to be any way to find out details like when my next monthly payment will be charged and how much that will be. I also just read the fine print and it appears that, although their ads suggest you could take as many classes as you'd like for that monthly fee, you actually only get to choose 7 classes over a 12 month period. If this is the case, I will be cancelling at the end of my trial period (provided I can find the way to do that). It's disappointing because the first class I chose was very good.

Adding to your God given talents
I love the idea of learning a new skill everyday! I already possess the talent of baking and decorating, so I started my first skill watching Lee'at and Georgia's cupcake class. I've just finished the first segment of their lesson and it was a helpful lesson. They spoken on alot of helpful tips, different types of equipment that can be substituted if lacking. I'm excited to see where learning a new skill a day takes me!
