Opportunity for Improvement
First, the presenters and lessons are awesome. They have really sparked my creative energy. I love the format and lengths and the downloadable attachments are outstanding.
However, the ability and frequency with which you are able to take classes must have been in fine print. I was so disappointed to learn that there are limitations.
Lastly, the log-in process is a pain and is definitely not user friendly. It seems that the only way I am able to log in is to go back to the initial email granting me access. Otherwise, I am directed to my profile account information with a message to log on from main page.

Knowing how to troubleshoot is more fun when you know.
My experience was great when troubleshooting was discussed. Being able to fix any issues while creating your master pieces makes it even more fun for me. Now you know is doing well because they provide easy to view short videos with exactly what you need to know. Makes learning alot more fun. I would add the ability for the students learning the chance to create their own videos while doing their creations to also get the feel of whats its like to show of what they learned and maybe teach as well.

Definitely frustrated I bought the courses hoping to learn how to sew as I just bought my first sewing machine and want to sew my own bridesmaid dress for my father's wedding as we planned on just buying one at a Thrift store.
To my own surprise after entering my account there was obviously no courses there but when pressing the "view courses" button, the page simply brings me to the top of the same page instead of showing me what "courses" are to be offered. Definitely seems like a scam but I do see it worked for some so it may not be the case? Just upset as I needed to learn this and YouTube videos just don't cut it for me as much as they don't go fully into detail like I need. I'll have to figure something out I guess. Not happy😐

Disappointed!
I hate to be writing this because I was so excited about this class, but the soap making class was not worth the money in the slightest. The four recipes are all the same, just with different additives in each recipe. After waiting the recommended amount of time for curing, the soap bar is SO sticky on your skin. I'm new to soap making, but everything I've read says that's caused by using too much castor oil in a soap. This recipe has 40% castor oil. I'm bummed because I've been waiting and have been excited to use it but will probably just trash it. It's confusing because I've also purchased the recipe straight from the soap maker's website and it isn't similar to these recipes, and additionally, doesn't match the ingredients listed on her site for being in her soap.

I didn’t get to choose my courses
I didn’t get to choose my courses, the quiz chose for me. I don’t want to learn about candles and would like to switch the class. The menu does not work. I have tried on different browsers and different devices. I cannot find a help or contact form. Also, I paid extra for lifetime access but my Stripe account is saying I’m on a quarterly plan. This feels like bait and switch.

First, you should absolutely be able to choose a course that aligns with your interests — the quiz is just meant to offer a recommendation, not lock you in. We’d be happy to switch out the candle class for something you’re more excited about.
Second, thank you for flagging the menu/navigation issues. That’s definitely not expected behavior, and we’re actively investigating to make sure this doesn’t impact others.
Lastly, regarding billing — it’s understandable this might be confusing. The quarterly plan covers your ongoing membership, which gives you a new skill each week as part of our “Skill a Week” program. The lifetime access add-on means you’ll keep all the skills you’ve already unlocked, forever, even if you cancel your membership later on.
We’ve already contacted you by email with suggestions for switching your course and included a personal offer to help make things right.

Loved this easy to follow course. Hasn’t actually baked anything until today but now I can’t find the downloads on my phone. Maybe I’d upgraded but I thought all my files were transferred over. Was just going to try the frosting but not sure how to find them now Wonder if i kept a login code lol anyway it was fabulous

Soap making course not worth it
I took soap making course. It was fine but too short, just cold process of soap making. There was a problem with a video of the main technique explanation, it didn't work, so I couldn't see how they made the cupcake soap. This kind of information can be found in internet free if charge.
