The air mini is too noisy to use. Air rushes out from around the humidifier making it uncomfortable as well as noisy.

Ben was very helpful and seemed to have a great deal of product knowledge. (Port Macquarie).

The showroom was clean and modern, complete with a selection of machines on a functioning demo table.

As far as service 10 out of 10, Except Packages should include tubing at reduce price.

Melody was very informative with the information I needed to make my decisions. she pointed out from a check of my machine's chip that I was not seeing the full benefits of my old machine. On purchasing my new machine she suggested I try the full face mask and has offered useful tips whilst monitoring this trial period.

Good service, very qucik shipping

My items were wet on arrival in the post due to cleaning fluid leakage.
Suggestion that cleaning bottle fluids are securely closed to stop leakage.
This was the only issue I have. Customer service is excellent and my issue was dealt with in a timely manner.

I had not received an email regarding my test results. Upon calling I was advised that my results would be sent to me. After my phone call I received an email with the results which were for someone else, the were not for me! Dreadful service.

Great service

I had a leak in my water container and water was escaping with the new container I am sleeping much better at night and I don't have to get up and adjust anything even I have a mask which is new I did bored overseas but it also helps me sleep at night and the head band that holds the mask fits no leaks all around i find im more alert and awake during the day thank you very very much price wise it was cheaper than buying in the shop keep the prices low so that I order any one can buy the product with out struggling where they're going to get the money from to buy it
