Excellent service and best price for ResMed CPAP
I had a fantastic experience with NSW CPAP. They offered the best price I could find on a ResMed sleep apnea machine, making the purchase much more affordable compared to other places I checked.
What really stood out was the customer service. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, spending nearly an hour on chat answering all my questions without rushing me at all. Every concern was explained clearly, and I felt fully supported throughout the process.
It’s not easy to find both competitive pricing and outstanding customer care, but NSW CPAP delivered both. Highly recommended for anyone looking for sleep apnea equipment and genuine support.

Extremelly rude and arrogant CPAP receptionist ...
I arrived at Parramatta Westfield CPAP clinic and said that I need some replacement parts for my CPAP.
The receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant. She said “TAKE THAT THING OFF MY DESK. I DO NOT WORK FOR CPAP …”. She then gave me huge like A4 paper card with a number to wait in the queue. It felt like I was in the kindergarten.
I’m never going to shop in this clinic again and will also not recommend it to any of my friends. I do not want them to be humiliated like me.
