Leaking unit replaced
I developed a leak in my Nuaqua water filter system. I sent a email on Saturday to customer support and received a response the following Monday morning. After answering a few questions I received another email Monday afternoon telling me they were sending me a new replacement unit. I couldn't believe how quickly my issue got resolved.
Love our new whole house salt free…
Love our new whole house salt free water filtration. Skin and hair much softer. No smell of chlorine in the water. Clint was extremely helpful in registering our new system.

I accidentally ordered the wrong RO kit…
I accidentally ordered the wrong RO kit and wanted to make a change. This was my first time ordering from Nuaquasystems.... I got on their live chat. Earl jumped on right away, I mentioned my problem, he did some aquafantastic magic (Yes this is a word) on the back end and fixed my order. Took all of maybe 5-10 minutes. I know that might seem like a long time but...compared to some places when online ordering....there was no 3 days back and forth via email with these guys, it was instant! my order is fixed (even though it was my own mistake) and these guys rocked it! This is how CS should be! For real.... Thank you, again! Excited to try out my new RO system!

Excellent customer service, never had a problem. Being the proud owner of the reef series, I must say that it exceeded my expectations. 100% pure water, I've tested it, and the flow is much faster than any other system I've ever used. To be honest the others were one drip at a time. The Nu Aqua Reef Series is very consistent, and the quality of the filter replacements remain top notch with no decline in quality. I would recommend this product to anyone, anywhere, at anytime. This is a really good system.
