I was sent an item that did not match the photos on their website. I emailed four times to have them address this issue, but I heard no response. They did, however, have time to change the photos on their website rather than reply to my emails. I just wanted help with a full refund, as I do not want the item. Terrible customer service. Do not purchase from this site. Will need to do a chargeback if they don't respond within a week.

Bought 2 tops, got 2 sent and one was the wrong one. Contacted number six twice with no reply. Weeks have passed, hoping a bad review might get them to reply.

I've requested a change of email address because their website doesn't allow it, up to four times in one month, and not only have they not done so, they haven't even had the courtesy to respond, despite my insistence that they at least give me an explanation.

The department responsible must be suffering from widespread apathy. Do they think anyone is going to buy something from them with such behavior? Is it so difficult to make the change or respond? It's a management disaster. You can imagine how they operate and their respect for customers.

This isn’t a scam website, I ordered a carharrt jacket on Wednesday, posted to mine for Friday but the size was too big so went onto the refund page, swapped size, shipped back on Saturday and got the replacement the following Thursday. Very easy and quick service so I personally don’t understand the bad reviews

Bought a pair of fatigues and have no problem with the dispatch time etc. Trousers arrived and were clearly faulty. Item was sold out on the site, so rang and whatsapped them about a return, no answer or reply.

Returned them by 48hr courier at own expense. 2 weeks after they received the return, money still hadnt been refunded, so emailed in - no response. A further 10 days later I wrote an email threatening to do a charge back via my bank. 4 days later they instigated the refund. Their customer service is nil - they dont answer emails, phone calls or their whatsapp.

28 days to get a refund!!

Avoid at all costs.

Edit: looks they've only relisted the faulty item on the site as well!

Proper chancers this lot…….

Over £100 taken from my account with nothing to show for it. Tried to get a refund. No response to emails, no response to DMs on Instagram, the WhatsApp numbers they provide are not valid, the telephone numbers they list ring out. Currently raised a dispute with my bank to try and get my refund.
