I regret purchasing from "The Trouser…
I regret purchasing from "The Trouser Lab". After receiving my order for a pair of trouses, I found the fit to be incorrect and immediately placed a return request.
It has now been 5 days, and I have received zero response despite my best efforts. I have called their support line at least 20 times and sent multiple emails, but none of my calls were answered, and my emails remain ignored.
Having researched further, it is clear that many other customers are facing the exact same issue regarding unresponsive service and non-existent returns. I am now forced to escalate this to the consumer grievance authorities.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere—there are far more reliable brands out there

Slow to process my order.
The product is fine my reason for not awarding 5 stars is that you did not keep me informed as to the progress of my order. I believe that you could get orders out more quickly.

I did not state that the experience was great, it was as stated in respect of delivery. I think that the quality is not as good as I was expecting, for the price quoted as original and the expanding waist band does not appear to be very flexible.

I had to call customer service to follow my order. But at the end , everything was fine. I received my delivery for the purpose I had ordered. Trousers of good quality.

You spoke to myself on the phone and I did offer to arrange a special courier collection of the item for you, which we don't offer as a service however I was happy to arrange on this occasion. I did explain this cost would have to be covered by yourself as there was no fault with the item, to which you declined paying. Had it been a fault of ours, we would have covered the returns cost (as stated in our terms and conditions). As a company, we try and meet all of our customers needs however we also have guidelines to follow and unfortunately I wasn't able to cover the cost of a courier collection on this occasion.
I am sincerely sorry you felt disheartened with the service you've received.
