Great customer service and lovely staff. But I didn’t hear or recieve any confirmation of my approved loan for 3 days.
I applied for the loan and signed my contract on Sunday. But didn’t get so much as an email with any kind of information. Leaving me worried and confused as to if or when I was going to get the money.
I got a phone call on the Wednesday. To be told it could be another 3-5 days before I got the money. After the form said it would be 3-5 days from the Sunday.
After this was resolved I received the money the same day.
But no email conformation or papers for 3 days was really worrying.

The process to get the loan was seamless, and the funds reflected in my account on the same day, despite you having notified me that the process would take a couple of days. Kudos to everyone working in the background! This is the kind of efficiency that most organisations lack with their "automated" processes. It was good to deal with a human being for once!!!

Amazing repayments are perfect really easy to apply quick to respond and the money was in my account the next working day even tho applied over a bank holiday really got me out of the brown stuff after my wet belt went on my van now I can pay for the repair and get back on the road thank you I highly recommend to anyone
