Unreliable and unprofessional service
I placed an order on 21 February with a promised delivery date of 28 February, and over four weeks later, I am still without my order. The delay alone is unacceptable, but what is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication and accountability from this company.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told that the order was not ready for dispatch. I was also assured that someone would follow up with me, which never happened. Since then, my attempts to reach the company by phone have been ignored.
I formally requested a refund on 12 March due to the excessive delay and poor service, and to date, I have received no response whatsoever. Ignoring a customer’s refund request is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and integrity.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should be cautious, as you may find yourself in the same situation—out of pocket, with no product and no communication.
Before I get a standard reply to this review asking for the order number, I will leave it here - 10018995

Disgraceful company. Placed an order well over a month ago, they have taken my money and not sent the product. I have contacted them multiple times for an update, but no response. Disgusting level of service. Do not shop here. The positive reviews on here suggest AI or bots.

Very poor. Order never arrived and I am now chasing for a refund. I’ve had to chase the company for an update eventually getting through to Ahmed and being promised on three separate occasions that he will find out the status of my order and call me back that day but never did.
