Not that crazy about your over-priced products. I also did not appreciate the pressure and the over-the-top performance by the two gentlemen selling them. I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. You could have a code of conduct and procedure. Even if I liked the products, I would tell my friends to steer clear of the shop in the Natick, MA mall.

As an update to my review earlier this week regarding the rancid odor of my White Pearl Moisturizing Cream.
My review received a response the next day with a phone number which I called. Debbie was understanding and helpful and said she would look into the situation and get back to me, which she did the following day. The end result is the company will be sending me a new jar of the product, so I am quite pleased.

I love the products but when I got my order the cleanser top didn’t work and I couldn’t pump the product it was attached to the top can you please send another one?

I was given the Black Pearl Age-Defying Wrinkle Filler Cream for my 55th birthday on the 23rd. I'd love to try it and have sent a note to the company but am hoping you will be able to answer my question. I want to try it very much but have no idea how to get the product out without breaking the syringe. Can someone please help me asap? I tried looking on YouTube and this website.They only talk about how to apply. I'm sure I would have given a better rating if I could have tried it. Please help!!! Thanks for your time!!! Just received my purchase of body butter and sea salt body scrub, plus a lovely surprise of gift with purchase consisting of a tube body moisturizer and some satchels. Thank you. The body butter is divine, have not used the scrub yet but if its as good as the butter I will be very happy, especially putting the two together. The gift is also very moisturizing, again thank you. I will certainly recommend this product to my friends.

I love your products but you're so expensive I have to moderate my orders. Also what happened to your White Pearl Toner? It's the best and now I have to find something else?

I just got out of the hospital because a sales lady applied the under eye cream to my left eye late yesterday. Two hours after she applied the cream my son noticed my pupil would not dilate in that eye only. The next morning that side of face was swollen and my eye would still not dilate. I went to the hospital and they admitted me immediately for a MRI. The doctor was able to determine that it was in fact a chemical reaction from the cream after ruling out all other possibles. I have now been on steroids for six hours and the swelling has gone away but my eyes still won’t dilate. I have not yet received the bill from the hospital but even with insurance I'm sure it’s going to be very costly. At least the doctor is pretty confident my eye should return to normal within the next 24 hours.

I purchased the white Pearl day moisturizer. It feels like it burns my skin. Not sure why. I do have sensitive skin. But i want to give it a chance so i am continuing to use it once a day after washing my face in the morning.

Was pricey so i purchased it when it was on sale to try.

If i notice a difference i will think of purchasing more facial products.

I do like the peeling gel I feel like my face feels cleansed and I prefer it but I don't feel like the regenerating cream really works but not bad for my first time trying this product

When I called customer service they were very prompt and taking care of having my by one get one free product sent to me.

I absolutely love this! I was stopped and was asked about my hands and my job. I told him I'm a waitress and a single mom and that I'm pretty proud of how well my hands look given that I am ALWAYS washing them. I was soo wrong about the cleaning products I use for my hands as well as my face. I was just looking for last minute Christmas stuff at the mall of GA and I already hated being there due to the crazy that follows last min shopping. I though I was for sure getting suckered like I normally do, until they showed me! I have not stopped washing or rubbing my hands and hours later they still look and feel amazing! They were all so helpful and inviting and very informative of their products! I will definitely use and recommend this store and products for years to come. Thank y'all. Truly. As a single mom the smallest amount of pampering means the world. Not only did I get products that will last but make me feel like I had my own personal spa day at home. Y'all truly spoiled me in a way I haven't been in years and I was the one spending money! It was a first date that I was totally OK with paying for. Thank you for stopping me, the small time I spent with y'all made my stressful month so much more bearable. Year long subscriptions here I come!

Was just walking down Rodeo Drive Los Angeles when a nice looking man asked myself and my husband to come inside their store for some free samples. I was then introduced to Roy who carried out an eye treatment on me. The results were fab. I ended up purchasing some of their products and have to admit they do feel good on my face. Thank you Roy

This is a great cleanser. My husband loves it for shaving and never wants to run out of it.

I was lured into the Honolulu store by an adorable young man . The sales pitch was not too intimidating but he definitely knew his stuff . I liked a few of the products and bought them . They invited me back for a complementary “treatment “ for the following day. I knew there would probably be a sales pitch for something else but went anyway, Another cute young man ushered me into the private room. Put some stuff on my face then used a handheld machine on my face and gave me the pitch about the machine...and the thousands of dollars price. I needed the restroom and was told that they had no restroom. I was sent a few door to the Hard Rock Cafe. After I used the restroom I knew I wasn’t going to buy that item so I got in an Uber and returned to my friend’s house. Thank you Yossi and Yan. You’re both good salesman and cutie pies . I wish you the best.

Your product seems to refresh the skin on my face , and Isabel at the Honolulu store was very helpful in my decision on the purchase of skin care products . john

I recently visited the Oceane store in Core shopping mall and was very satisfied by the customer service I received by the store manager. I would highly recommend this store.
