Had a particularly stressful time after my car accident but was put at ease that everything would be sorted with my car. I was a bit sceptical that it would be, but I was proved wrong. Excellent service and repair work.

Had my car for nearly a fortnight, returned fixed and cleaned. The collection/delivery guys were lovely. They communicated with me every step of the way

First class craftsmanship, friendly staff and work done ahead of schedule.

From the moment I registered my claim One Call were great. Keeping me updated all the way. From arranging everything from collecting my vehicle and dropping of a courtesy vehicle. Albeit it was supposed to be like for like but the car that was delivered was a small car not like my own vehicle.
The staff made me very comfortable being a lady on her own. So was absolutely delighted with the service I received from start to finish.

I’m really happy with the speed of service and the repair. I’ve dropped a star due to the difficulty in finding any proper reception at the yard, the staff when I found them, were lovely however I would have appreciated a mechanic explaining everything carried out. Thanks

the never ending story goes on ,booked appointment for the return of my car ,you guessed it ! it didn't turn up ,no phone call nothing .
Back on the phone on Monday to them ...........another 4 hours wasted and another several hours wasted on Monday.

HELP

They have had my vehicle for 2 months for very light damage to a rear bumper that required replacing.
I keep on getting fobbed off with excuses.cars parked up for weeks on end without it being moved from the yard. I have been told another 3 to 4 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Overall a good service, pick up of vehicle and drop off were excellent. An extra star would have been given if I didn't have to get under the car and secure the plastic guard protecting the engine as this was left scraping the ground. This aside the finish of paintwork was first class.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The repairs were perfect and the car had been valeted to within an inch of its life. Great courtesy car too.

Car collected and returned on a loader by polite and friendly operatives. Car only away 6 days, much less than I expected.

Car repairs back to original prior to accident… completed within a week …
