Very fast and efficient on all aspects of my claim. From the customer service to the delivery driver and the maintenance staff were all polite and helpful throughout.

I received a comprehensive explanation of my questions regarding an email from One Call Claims that I needed clarification on.

One Call Claims Ltd are a claims management company who try to inflate a claim for their own benefit. Had numerous calls and emails asking if anyone is injured and advising injuries may only become apparent days after the accident. Won't deal with our claim unless our car is taken to a repairer 1 1/2 hours away who will undoubtably inflate the claim by charging transportation and storage costs. Can't have a courtesy call unless we use the specific repairer 1 1/2 hours away. Incidentally I don't want a courtesy car with a £500 excess! Currently dealing directly with the company who's vehicle hit our car in an attempt to mitigate the claim, rather than inflate it.

The whole process is shambolic. My no fault claim was protracted and made far more complicated than it needed to be. As a result I am having my car returned and I have asked the 3rd party to do the work themselves. you cant talk to anyone after the claim is lodged otherwise I wouldnt have tolerated the theatrics that I have been subjected too.

After lots of going around in circles to speak with someone who could help, I spoke with LH2 who actually listened and did all she could to help with my query.
Excellent empathetic service from LH2, but has been very difficult to navigate through the different departments to speak directly and to the correct dept.

The agent I spoke to was amazingly helpful to sort out my issues. I didn’t know what to do however he patiently guided me to find a solution. Thank you. Best regards, Aloshias
