Easy to select and order. Shipment came on time and complete. Instructions were easy to follow. Nice quality.

Desk was damaged. Delivery was refused and I asked for reimbursement.

Shawn was awesome to talk with about what my needs were for my office. He made great recommendations and gave me options that fit my needs. it helped to talk through it with someone experienced over the phone.

The order process online was simple but the follow-up with Sarah, so that I might get white glove delivery was what elevated this process to the sublime! She found a company to bring this 400 lb desk into my house without damaging my newly refinished hardwood floors. Plus when it was apparent that I did not receive shelf supports with the desk and I bought them locally, Sarah issued me a generous credit for my trouble! Customer service at it's best!

Even though the wrong color chair was delivered first, they corrected the problem and sent the correct color chair within a few days.
