Ordered the Item#: 101-UKA202 Initially came with w wrong instructions but customer services got me the correct pdfs the next day

Shawn was great to work with! He was clear and thorough in answering my questions, and he helped advise me on making a good decision with our purchase. He was a fast communicator and made sure I felt very good about my experience.

I place an order online and Jeff Reddick followed up to make sure I was getting what I wanted based on a previous purchase. How he knew I don't know, but he adjusted my order to get me exactly what I wanted and it also created a refund because of the change. You don't get this kind of service very often. Thank you.

It was a very easy process to order and submit using our tax-exempt status. I called Shawn and he was great! Since I had the items in a cart, I was able to provide the reference # and he could take care of my status right away.

This is my 3rd desk that I’ve bought from this company. They are of great quality and better than most other companies product. My drawer unit was crushed, most likely, by FedEx.

I called and spoke with Sean Willis. He reviewed my dilemma, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent another unit free of charge. It wasn’t the companies fought because I’m almost positive FedEx crushed it.

My replacement came in the matter of days and I am 100% satisfied. You don’t get this level of great customer service much these days.

The furniture is of good quality, and if anything arrives damaged, the company sends replacement immediately.

Shawn took great care of my needs. We purchased an L shaped desk, needed to turn into a U shape. Shawn knew every piece we needed, walked me through everything that had to be done. I was shocked to hear a salesman had knowledge of the actual product like he was on the support team. Great customer service. The item 101-UXA670 was with many dents and chipped in several places. Also the backrest is badly cut
