I had purchased my laminate office furniture in 2018, in Honey color, and when I wanted to order additional pieces he told me that the color was no longer available. Recently I found OfficeFurniture2go online via a Google browse and found the furniture I had been looking for. A totally painless order process, with confirmation that the color was what i wanted, and the items were delivered on-time in perfect condition. Thank you for helping me to fill out my office in the comfortable color that my clients also enjoy.

Called and talked to Shawn and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Reminded me of the really old days when you went to a store and they knew the product and how to help you find what you need. It was a very positive and remarkable experience.

I contacted a representative on a few separate occasions to assist us in tracking down options that fit with our needs within an extremely tight time frame. Sean was a pleasure to work with and worked quickly to find us some comps that fit our needs.

Supply issue were a problem but i was able to get updates and they always help when there was a damage issue which wasn't often and usually a freight issue.

Working with OfficeFurniture2Go was pretty easy, but I'll say that you get what you pay for, We ordered several three-drawer peds for under desks and the material is mostly plastic and the construction not exactly high quality.

Beyond that, my biggest complaint is that delivery is outsourced and there was never any option for "white glove" service, so we've gotten two shipments that were basically dropped in the lobby of our building -- one included several lateral files that weighed a couple hundred pounds each. We were left to get them off the pallets and up to our office suite.

It was an easy and simple process. Being able to tell the salesperson the cart reference number made things that much easier.

The order process was easy, their communications about our order came right away; the delivery of our desk came weeks ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise! There was a minor glitch with the delivery company-one of three boxes was delayed by a couple of days, but the OfficeFurniture2go customer service was on top of it and kept in touch. We were very pleased with everything and will order from them again if the need arises…and we love the desk, it’s beautiful!

I had to make entirely too many phone calls to coordinate between the manufacturer and the delivery company. That included having to go back and forth between my building management company and the delivery company to ensure they had the required insurance. When I finally got the chairs they were unassembled- a fact that I should have been made aware of at the time of purchase since I made the purchase over the phone with a sales associates.

Shawn Heyer was VERY helpful! I can't thank him enough for helping me purchase all new office furniture for two people to fit in a very small place. He was very knowledgable and professional. Thank you so much, Shawn!

The desk shipped quickly, the freight carrier was good about letting us know about delivery. The desk was very sturdy and good quality. Customer service was great. Highly recommend.

Table arrived broken. Customer Service did a very good job of getting me in contact with the manufacturer. Awaiting replacement.
