Cant fault this company one bit, i ordered some mats for my new first car i have a citreon 2024 plate however i selected the wrong matts i selected 2024-current mats when i should of selected 2016-2024 plate mats so the only mat that didnt fit correct for me was the drivers side with the embroidery i contacted the company and they explained what i had done wrong, but was more then accommodating to replace my drivers side mat without any issues the customer service was speedy and fast I wasn’t met with any judgement my new mat was sent out and received very quickly and I’m so happy with them! Exactly what I wanted and I would definitely recommend and buy from this company again thank you so much! Very happy customer

The only thing I feel sorry is that I am unable to leave ZERO stars for this company!
I placed an order with them ages ago and they provided a tracking number, whose updates are stuck to the ones 15 days ago and of course product has not showed up. Contacting the company without success. THEY would be liable for the delivery, not the delivering company since I have paid Official Car Mats not Evri! They never made an effort!
Lost my patience after 17 days wait and asked bank to give my money back. Only then Official Car Mats replied by email stating that since I will receive the money from bank anyway, they can cancel shipment.
Awful service!!!

Excellent ⭐️

yeah really nice. made to order. looks and feels as authentic as you could get. doubt I'll ever need another set for this car, but if I did - I'd come back here.

Great price, good quality and delivered quickly.

Wow just wow. Not only do they look so clean and fresh but they make my car look so much better. The stitching is amazing and the rubber boot Matt has saved so much cleaning. They fit my car perfectly, I can not recommend this company enough! I will be ordering again when I fancy a new design.

I bought these mats over 6 weeks ago to put in a new car, the smell of rubber /bitumen is overwhelming, I have taken them out and put them outside in the elements to try and air them but tried to put them in again this week after 4 weeks outside and they still stink. Can’t use them. Can I have a refund please?

Great quality looks amazing far better than the other ones out there

Great product, colour matched my car perfectly. Very happy

Excellent, boot mat fitted perfectly.

These car mats didn’t disappoint can feel the quality as soon as we opened them made to measure and fit perfect in our car

Absolutely thrilled with my car mats and the whole experience with this company who keep you updated every step. Am going to treat my own car to some now as they are exceptional value

Ordered a set of the basic car mats for my son. It was very easy to order the specific ones for his car online. They are good quality, fit perfectly and look great. Would recommend

At last a company that delivers. You order something, you pay your money, the goods arrive and they fit.

Enough said.

First and foremost the final product, I've got a 208gti, black with red accents on the car and I ordered the mats to be the same, with the GTi logo and they look amazing and great quality, once they are down they do not move. Also customer service second to none, they keep you updated through your process and I stupidly ordered x2 sets of mats and they informed me and gave me my refund back ASAP. I would highly recommend if you are thinking of adding a bit of spice to you or your partners car.

I ordered classic velour car & boot mats for an mk6 fiesta.

The ordering process and options available are impressive and easy to use.

When they arrived, they are of a great quality, the non slip backing is fantastic too.

The boot mat is too wide and bunches up quite a bit, it is not really long enough either. But you don't see it much and i can't be bothered with the hassle of organising a replacement. No issue with the four footwell mats at all.

No issues apart from a poorly fitting boot mat, the quality and construction of them is very good indeed.

The ordering process was straightforward - enter your car's reg. number, select the type of mat you want and the right fit is ensured. Choose what add-ons you might want (colours, edge trim, etc.) and then go to payment and delivery details. The company provides email updates on manufacturing progress. Delivered within the promised time, the mats I ordered look great in the car, fit perfectly and I'm delighted with them.

Excellent communication with updates.
