High quality mats at a very affordable price

Nothing special, paid a bit extra for them but I could have got similar or better on other sites eBay/Amazon. I wish I had checked out the reviews first I definitely wouldn't have ordered. 2 stars because at least I received the order unlike some others on here.
Also had to wait 3 weeks for delivery, no idea why, they really are just basic.

Ordered custom mats on 1st October still no delivery just a fake email with an automated tracking number for Evri thats been saying "expecting your parcel" since 12th October..will get bank to get my money back. Update :
Mats have arrived and the quality is terrible...looks like they just rushed making them after I asked for my money back...edges frayed, fitting holes misaligned,stitching terrible..poor company trading standards should investigate..

BE WARNED 🙏🏻 I sincerely hope you read these bad reviews before making a big mistake and purchasing from this TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY
I am now in the position of having to report them to trading standards, please 🙏🏻 do the same if you find yourself reading this and have also been taken in by this AWFUL company

They fitted but took over 3 weeks to arrive. Quality of mats nothing great and they always seem to have a sale on to don't think you are necessary getting a great deal.

Mediocre quality, decent fit but took ages to arrive. Like most people I had to wait about 4 weeks for my mats, no comms and pretty generic response when you contact them 8 days is a lie let’s face it. The mats are ok they fit nicely and are inexpensive, suspect they come from china and 8 days will never happen. Get these for cheap mats if you are t in a hurry.

The order process was fine and easy. The
Customer service responded well and in a timely manner to my questions. The delivery time was nowhere near what was quoted. No updates on delivery given the times tbeh quote are no even close to time it takes. I brought a cheap generic set as a stop gap and when my mats finally arrived the quality is prity much the same. I would not use or recommend this company to anyone. £20 on amazon for the same ans delivered in half the time

The offer of levels of quality made me chose this company, with a choice of personal embroidery, I had to wait quite a while for these super car mats but the wait was worthwhile, they are excellent quality and fit with outstanding personalisation embroidery, great value for a great product, recomended.

AVOID at all costs.
Ordered 3 weeks ago. No sign of tracking, no reply to emails, no updates.

Originally ordered the 2nd tier Comfort mats. the 4-8 days delivery took in excess of 5 weeks. I queried delivery after about 3 weeks and was told they had factory problems, gave them the benefit of the doubt. What eventually arrived in a plastic bag were the thinnest, poorest quality mats I've ever seen. I complained, and after some emails back and forth, was told they would send me the 4th tier of Prestige mats to make up for the problem, and I could keep the first set as spares. Took another 3 weeks for the replacements to arrive. Quality was about 5 percent better than the originals, yet they are advertised as being so good - Don't be suprised (sic)when your passenger's ride with their shoes off.- in reality, they aren't even made from carpet. Absolute rubbish. I had emails with someone calling themselves Laura, but emails were coming from a sender called Varshita. This was customer service, or not. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL POOR QUALITY AT VARIOUS PRICES, BUT THE COMMON FACTOR IS THE POOR, POOR QUALITY OF THE MATS THEY SEND

Avoid!!. I ordered car mats on the 18th of September its now a month later and I am still waiting!. Its supposed to take 5 to 10 days.

The customer service is diabolical and I have been asking for a refund only to be ignored. These people are thiefs almost 40 pounds for mats to be robbed . I reporting this company

It is obvious this company over promises on delivery as they have failed miserably.
Website states delivered in 3 - 8 days, the order acknowledgement states 5 - 8 working days.
Order was placed 25/09/26 and today being the 12/10/26 is 11 working days and no sign of my mats and not even an update on delivery or even an apology for the delay. Pathetic customer sefvice and i will never use again or recommend this company.
I will stick to Car Mats 4 U where i ordered a boot carpet at the same time which was delivered within 7 days as advertised

I ordered car mats before I highly recommend them but if you are looking to get new mats I would recommend getting the rubber heal because my other set was fabric and it had holes 😔 and also the let down was the postage took way to long

Giving them a 1 star is too generous! We ordered mats on 5th August and eventually received a tracking number after about 4 weeks. Evri failed to deliver this item, contacted customer support who asked us 3 or more times to wait a few days for delivery.
Eventually asked for money back and after 4 requests I disputed this with bank and got my money back that way.
3 days later the car mats arrive! Some 8 weeks after ordering them
I contacted company and asked them to collect or arrange a paid return they then offered 50% off !
Still waiting for them to collect.

Terrible company to deal with, no telephone service available. Not surprised really, with the grief they would receive. I'm sure any previous reviews are false. Ordered mats for 7 seat Citroën c4 Spacetourer, with grey leather edging, and new car air freshener. Ordered in June, received beginning of July. Couldn't believe what I was looking at. The grey leather, was overlapped, poorly stitched and puckered plastic. No air freshener.
They don't do refunds. The would send better quality mats. Refused that, so tried chargback via my bank, got nowhere with that. After many more emails, accepted better mats, no better than the first set, give up.
Eventually received air freshener, after more emails on 23rd of September
Steer clear of this company, based in East Kilbride, Scotland.
Absolute disgrace.

This by far is the worst company I ever had the misfortune to deal with I would strongly advise people not to use them they failed to deliver my car mats in the end I cancelled them then a month to get my money back eventually on 14 09/26

Terrible company they advertise delivery within 8-10 days .im on day 20 and still not seen any thing customer services are as much use as a chocolate fire guard . definitely would not buy from this mob again

lovely mats, perfect fit for the car. delivered with no issues.

What I did like about this company is the quality of the car mats looked good and a really good fit. The disappointing aspect of the order is the timescales They quote a delivery time of 4-8 from placement of order I waited over 20 days for my order to arrive. I would also say the customer service is very poor They don’t contact you to say there is a delay it is always down to the customer to email them to find out where your order is no wonder they don’t use a telephone contact number. This is not a one off problem for me as I ordered another set of car mats on 6th September and as of 22nd September still no sign of any delivery
