We have worked with OFH care for a few years now, more recently with Amy Daunt. She is an absolute star and we are very lucky to have her as our case manager. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she regularly goes above and beyond to help us as a family. Her support is invaluable. She’s extremely professional and always sees a task through to the end with such determination to do the best job she can! She’s amazing.

The experience from this firm has been 5 star. With some firms we had to wait a couple of months before anyone could do my Dads Mental Capacity assessment. However with Ofhcare we only had to wait a couple of weeks. Plus it didnt matter what the question was the admin staff went out of their way to help. The assessor was very approachable too. She took the best care of my Dads needs while doing the assessment. I would recommend Ofhcare to anyone that needed the help they offer.

The receptionist Kristine is delightful, helpful and understanding. Our assessor Muataz was polite, firm, friendly and fair. He is an expert at making clients feel comfortable in order to get the best out of them. He uses a conversational style of questioning searching for the answers so that the client does not feel intimidated. He is an excellent example of a thoroughly professional and gifted assessor. Kristine at OFH was so good in quickly arranging a mental health assessment for my elderly relative. This is unfortunate but necessary work was tuen around double quick time. I would highly recommend OFH Care.

I deliberated long and hard when I was acting as advocate for my friend who needed to get a capacity assessment done and was unable to make contact herself. We looked at lots of different companies but we chose OFH Care as they were the only ones offering a patient focused service that was clinical but not sterile. The team have been exceedingly helpful in getting this organised and understanding the“patient challenges”.
We had a designated head office support person who kept us informed on progress and organised everything. I work in healthcare myself so unfortunately am used to inefficient systems, however I was very pleasantly impressed with how efficient and organised the team were. From start to finish they really have set the standard on how things should be done. We have been kept updated and responses were prompt and as promised.

No one particularly anticipates they will have issues with capacities so it was sensitively approached with utmost professionalism. I felt like the individual I was assisting was treated respectfully and in a caring and supportive manner.

OFH Care recently visited my grandmother for a mental capacity assessment, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Kristine in head office handled the booking brilliantly – clear, friendly, and efficient. Jane, the assessor, was kind, patient, and made my grandmother feel completely comfortable, while carrying out a thorough and truly independent assessment. The cost was fair for the high level of care and expertise provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OFH Care to anyone in need of their services.

Very professional and fast service

Got in touch with ofhcare after a Google search. Paid the going rate in comparison to others. Booked in for a Saturday which was great and no lose of earnings for me. Murtec did the assessment and we're very happy with him. Turned up on time and everything was handled professionally.
From booking to getting the certificate was less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend them and I would use them as first choice again
