I engaged OFH care to do a mental capacity assessment on my father. The staff in the office were courteous and prompt with communication; the fees were reasonable; an appointment was secured quickly; and the assessor on the day was lovely. Finally the report was send through in good time. Would definitely recommend.

Since joining the company in March, I've been struck by the genuine care and appreciation shown towards employees—a rarity in my previous workplaces. On my very first day, I was provided with all the necessary tools and equipment, setting a tone of inclusivity and support that continues to inspire me every morning. Leon and Amy, in particular, have been incredibly supportive, helping me seamlessly integrate into my role. Their guidance has been invaluable, making this job feel like the perfect fit for me. I was very pleased with the service I received. They were professional and helpful in every aspect of the service I received. All was done in a very timely manor. Mum was treated very well during her assessment. I would have given 5 stars but I had to chase them for the report on the day they promised I would have it. They finally sent it through at 8pm on the day.

The service I had from OFH was very good and they kept me informed all along the way. My mother, who was the subject of the capacity assessment, was far from helpful during the assessment and Blessing did her best to extract sufficient information to make an informed conclusion. In hindsight it would have been helpful for a trusted family member to have been present at the assessment to provide reassurance to my Mother about the process, and that she wasn’t being scammed, something that she have been suggested in advance to minimise stress to everyone.

OFH have been fantatsic. Since day one they have been professional, understanding and supportive. They have been timely with information, gave clear instruction as to what was needed and were able to complete the required assesment within a few weeks. Highly recommended and much appreciated for thier excellent support during a time of life that is often stressful and always very emotional. Thank you.

OFH Care are a very professional team. Kristine was extremely helpful and understanding in assisting me with my request. Kristine also followed up obtain information that was needed from another organisation and her advice and approach was of the highest standard.
The care worker was extremely polite and professional in his approach and a report was issued as promised within 7 days after the assessment had been carried out. The report was very thorough and very well written to a high standard which was very helpful. Kristine kept me up to date of all progress.

I have only been working with OFH since November, but I can't express enough how incredible kind, organised and well put together this company and everyone that works here are. Amy has been great at keeping me up to date with new information, checking in to see how everything is going and supporting me swiftly as and when I need. Kristin gave me a really comprehensive explanation if the different issues and reports. She didn't mind taking the time with me to answer a my questions and was really helpful and understanding.

The report was really comprehensive and I am very relieved to have received such a professional service.

I’ve only worked with these guys since October but I’ve had nothing but positive experience so far. They provide excellent quality of care and communication. I can get ahold of whoever I need to every time without a problem. Amy has been really helpful from the get go, she provides excellent person centred care and is always happy to help no matter the query. 10/10 would recommend.
