Customer service you want
What I would call old school proper customer service. Ordered an oil tank monitor. It set off for the Royal Mail depot but travelled no further. I dropped an email to Tim who said he’d look into it. Next day Tom you honed me to say he was on way to post a replacement which arrived within 48hrs. Things don’t go as planned sometimes but it’s how a business reacts that makes a difference. Even just having someone call rather than an email. Little things count and I would thoroughly recommend Oil Tank Warehouse to others.

Thanks Craig, that is a brilliant review and hugely appreciated. You are absolutely right, things do occasionally go wrong with couriers, but it is how they are dealt with that matters. We still believe in picking up the phone and speaking to customers properly rather than hiding behind automated emails. Really glad we could get a replacement out the next day for you and thank you again for the recommendation.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I ordered an oil tank float gauge yesterday and it turned up today. Sadly the mechanism inside was broken on delivery but after a quick phone call, another one was on it's way by the end of the call.
Anyone can claim good service but it's only when things go wrong is when you truly know. First time I've used these guys and it won't be the last. Thanks Tom - you were fantastic!

Thanks Mark, really appreciate the kind words. You are completely right, it is easy for companies to look good when everything goes perfectly, but the real test is when something goes wrong. Glad we could get another gauge sorted the next day for you and we look forward to your next order!

Outstanding customer service
Tom was knowledgeable and very helpful. He took time to assist well beyond what would be normal levels of service from some other larger retailers.

Great price and speedy delivery!
Bought an Apollo Smart Oil Monitor - price was very competitive, shipped and arrived very quickly and item is now fully installed and working smoothly! Only reason it isn’t a 5 star is because the item wasn’t sealed and there were no instructions inside. Luckily, I was removing an older Apollo monitor and so had instructions from the last one! Otherwise, VERY happy! Thank you

Thanks Charlotte, really pleased you were happy with the price, quick delivery and that everything is installed and working smoothly. Thank you for flagging the packaging and missing instructions too. These units come to us exactly as they are supplied by the manufacturer, so the box is normally just held shut with the cardboard tabs rather than taped. I am not sure why the instructions were not included in yours, but I have taken the liberty of emailing you a copy of the manual so you have it to hand.
