I'm sure they'd feel better not having old gits like me using them, but, hey ho, they had my beloved grand dad trainers in stock, in my size and on offer. Plus, said trainers arrived in great shape in next to no time. I'll keep quiet about it but I think they're a great company to deal with.

Beams + shirts in the OP sale
Really pleased with my purchase of two Beams Plus shirts. Good discount in the sale. Arrived boxed & bagged which was appreciated as one of the shirts linen. Garment listing on the website could do with a few more photos & a bit more information in the product details. No biggie as can look this up elsewhere. Clothes shopping for me these days consists of looking for items I've already researched, being included in the sales. If they still have my size I'll purchase & nay bother if they don't. OP came up trumps this time & it was nice to buy from them again after quite a few years of not doing so.

Sizing and returns nightmare
Orderd a shirt and a sweatshirt. Both were massively too big. 29" ptp!! when the size charts online described the large as 42/44" chest.
I went on the portal to send bk for refund this is when it got worse. The sweatshirt was OK and I received the label to print off but the shirt did not receive a label. It said usable to send for this order.I contacted the online oi polloi to be told to bring the item into the shop for refund. I live 50 miles away so this wasn't useful. So they told me to send it royal mail . I said the item was £145 so I'd need recorded delivery at £9 to which I was told I would not have my postage exps returned.
This experience Has put me off from shopping at oi polloi in the future.
