Favourite shop....sells some amazing…
Favourite shop....sells some amazing gear, but bought a coat that was running a little big so called shop to enquire about exchanging for a smaller size, guy on phone from shop came across as a right obnoxious d**k, if I hadn't already bought the coat I certainly would of shopped elsewhere but other than that I have no complaints, quality shop, quality gear and order arrived in few days

Customer service were helpful but never got back to me about the measurements. They were unable to exchange the item for a smaller one, so I had to reorder. The size ‘small’ is also really big - the medium was gigantic - but I love the colour and it’s well-made, so I’m happy with it. Size guides for all your products (or actual measurements, rather than S, M, L etc) would be really helpful.
