I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with OIS Services Atlanta. I was traveling for an emergency leave and paid for their expedited visa service, which they explicitly promised would be processed within 48-78 hours. I traveled from California and even told them I would stay in Atlanta until the passport and visa were ready.
After 7 business days of silence, they finally responded saying they had mailed my passport along with the Nigerian visa. The documents never arrived. Since then, I have called them countless times and sent dozens of emails with zero response and zero customer service.
This level of incompetence and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for an emergency situation. It’s also concerning that the Nigerian government would entrust a company like this to handle most of their visa processes.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid OIS Services Atlanta. They took my money, failed to deliver, and have completely ghosted me. Save yourself the headache and stress.

I visited the OIS Services office in Kuala Lumpur after been informed of such services is available in Kuala Lumpur. Called the Centre and was greeted professionally. The Officer, Ms Yasmeen explained to me the procedure for getting the visa and she is very attentive to each question I had in mind. The next day, when I went to the centre, she again helped to explain on how to fill the online form and checked all the required documents prior submission. Very professional approach and the location of the centre is well located in the centre of Kuala Lumpur.
