Item badly packaged - arrived damaged and wet. Poor followup by Knutsford staff. Told to return the item myself. Knutsford staff should have training from May - manager of Redbrick.

Excellent service, most helpful Staff, very good Management, most informative, friendly, welcoming, most knowledgeable, unobtrusive, good customer approach.

It's a wonderful experience simply walking into an OKA store. You step into a world of luxury and relaxation. The furniture, the lamps, the cushions, rugs, throws, tableware - simply everything! - are superb. If my home was big enough, I'd buy everything! But most of all, the amazing staff. So helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Who trains these people? It most stores today it seems that customers are almost seen an inconvenience. But when you walk into a OKA store, the staff treat you like a visiting guest for the weekend. I can't wait for my next visit.

Loved our purchases just got home and put them in situ!! Laura is so lovely and very helpful she has helped us lots over the past year as we have had a lot of work done to our house. Thank you

I went to collect a vase I had ordered a while ago. The Manager was very helpful and friendly. I would always visit the Knutsford store.

In the past I have found certain OKA stores awful to deal with, however my views have changed since I have been dealing with the Knutsford Store.

On phoning the store today, Magda was approachable, kind, friendly and extremely helpful.

I ordered a few sale items that were out of stock online, and Magda went out of her way to get them to me quickly and in perfect condition.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Knutsford store if you are looking to receive a top notch service.

I was greeted with curtesy and friendliness.
The assistant took the trouble to answere all my questions and to enable a further purchase in future.

Amanda who served me at the Knutsford store was just super

Amanda was very experienced and professional in helping me find cushions for my new sofas. She was also extremely friendly and made the whole process of choosing colours/patterns/fabric easy.

My wife and I went shopping for some throws and cushions to have on our bed. We went to Oka because we knew they had a varied range of colours. We both struggle with colour schemes and materials to accentuate and enhance our furniture but we were greeted by Amanda who could not have been any more helpful. Firstly she asked us what colours we had in the bedroom and what style the room was so she could visualise what would go with our room. She took us upstairs where they had a great selection of cushions and throws, we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and she really took the time to find the cushions and throws to match. She was so knowledgeable and really helpful. When we got home the items Amanda helped us to pick looked absolutely stunning. I can highly recommend OKA to anyone who struggles with colour schemes and if you ask for Amanda it is like having a personal shopper with you.

Prior to attending the store I rang ahead and spoke to Louise to check that the mirror I wanted was in stock. After taking my number she went to check and rang me back shortly afterwards. She was very polite and friendly. The fact that she rang back and had to go to the basement to check stock availability on this item is 5 star service as far as I am concerned. On attending the busy store we were met with very friendly and polite staff. Louise then offered to unbox the mirror for us to check it over. Again exceptional service.

The Knutsford team are amazing. The Store Manager went beyond what you would expect from a store to help me with my interiors. It's how customer service should be in a store. Would, without hesitation, recommend! Well done.
