The book is great but they try selling…
The book is great but they try selling you everything else when you just want to get to check out to pay. Then I look at my PayPal and saw that in addition to my book purchase they signed me up for a monthly subscription to what I have no idea and the monthly subscription is twice the price of the book. I tried emailing them to explain I never intentionally ordered a subscription and to me if I had the book why would I need a subscription to something. I also explained that I am on a fixed disability income and would be er of done this because can't afford something like that. They cancelled the subscription but are refusing to refund the month that they charged me for , they can clearly check and see i have never logged into any site . If I hadn't checked my PayPal then I would of never known and kept being charged for something I never wanted.i tried a second time to request a refund of the subscription but they say it doesn't fall under their refund policy? I read Google reviews after this and I am not the only person who says they were charged for additional fees as well. I am very disappointed and it's instances like these that make you not want to order anything online.
