Very Bad Experience
I made a purchase for $24 which was for the book. I then found 3 charges of $29 on my credit card statement on top of the $24 charge. I've been going back & forth with customer service but cannot get my money back. This company tricks you into buying things or charges extra with us customers having no knowledge. It told me to not hit the back button as I may be charged twice but I had to answer the phone as it was my young daughter. If that's why I was charged, fine, but issue me a refund. Now I want nothing to do with this company. I don't want the book & I want a full refund. I guess I'll have to contact my lawyer.
