I'm not sure why they say they had no response from me..not true. I was never able to log into the site. However, they offered me a 50% refund of the unauthorized charge of $49. I accepted and consider the matter closed...Lesson learned- read every little bit of fine print.
Received the book fine. The book is nice IF you want to pay 3x what they claim. Beware the book order comes with a subscription that cost $49 a month automatically charged. I have been unable to even log in to the "subscription" site. Dealing with support for 3 weeks with still no results
