Customer service is terrible, internet fine!
I moved to Spain for a year and then returned to England. I followed the closing policy and handed back my router, but I was never told about the fine for not completing a full year. By the time I found out, my online portal had already been closed.
I called and asked for the bank details to pay, and was told I had already racked up €96 in interest. I accepted this, since it was partly my fault. But when I requested the bank details that same day, they never arrived. I called back a week later, only to be charged an extra €10 — simply because they hadn’t sent me the details!
Always fun being charged for someone else’s mistake…

Ne prenez pas cette entreprise de télécommunication, depuis que c’est passé de Olivnet à Olin c’est une catastrophe, coupure intempestive, ils se voient plus malin que les autres, des délais monstrueux pour ce faire dépanner. Et aucun dédommagement le seul truc qu’y les intéresse c’est votre porte feuille.

Useless provider to be avoided at all cost
This company Olin are totally unreliable and seek to profit by constantly cutting off their clients supply suggesting insufficient funds being available on a regular basis . The speeds guaranteed ie the 1GB service for 30 euros never receives more than 600 mb or so only to waste time ringing technical service. Dont waste your time and money as I have after more than a year learn inexpensively from this review from a genuine disgruntled over patient too loyal customer

Fatal!!! Primera factura y con trampa. No llaméis por ninguna averia porque la pagáis bien cara y no avisan. Se aprovechan bien de las zonas sin cobertura y de las personas mayores. Y encima con permanencia, que no puedo permitirme pagar e irme. Una lástima pero cierto.

Tuve una experiencia muy frustrante con la instalación de Olin: después de dos semanas enteras de espera, problemas de coordinación e intentos fallidos, no pudieron conectarme el internet. Terminé cancelando la cita. Fue una gran pérdida de tiempo, y la falta de comunicación efectiva y de ayuda fue inaceptable.

Experiencia mala
Experiencia mala, desde el primer día de la instalación el teléfono fijo no funcionaba bien y la teleasistencia tampoco. Hubo problemas para conectar la teleasistencia y lo solucionaron los técnicos de la junta de Andalucía. Como el fijo no iba bien desde el dia 1 me mandaron al servicio técnico y ahora me quieren cobrar 53 euros por un cable que ellos colocaron averiado. No me dan salida así que quedo muy descontenta. Horrendous customer service experience. Closed the account and was still charged for 2 more months, cancellation fee, another cancellation fee on top of the first, and an extra charge that customer service could not explain. Do NOT get OLIN!!! Worst!

Als je er nog onderuit kan - sluit geen contract af bij Olin
Ik wacht twee maanden op installatie van mijn internet in Mijas Spanje. Olin verwijst telkens naar de verantwoordelijkheid van de eigen monteurs, maar zeggen vervolgens dat die het te druk hebben om te reageren. Resultaat, ik zit al twee maanden zonder internet. Geen belletje geen compensatie, niks.
