I bought the bronze package and got the logo design I needed in just a few iterations. The process was easy and Randall was very patient as we worked through various revisions.

They do continue to up sell you throughout the process, but eh, its a business too! somewhat annoying but didn't bother me too much! In the end I received a great product.

In this day when everything is automated and you can barely speak with an actual person, Olivelogo surpassed my customer service expectations. Great Logo design and great with questions

I worked with Justin on a new logo. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and shared it with him. In just a few days his designers came up with a variety of designs and colors. He was very professional and gave me great advice - which I asked for. He was easy to reach by phone - rather than some chat function. Based on my experience working with him and Olivelogo, I'd totally use him again. I feel lucky to have had such a positive experience. They are the real deal!

I had Olivelogo to do my company's logo and website. Teresa Black is amazing and goes above and beyond expectations. She has not stop working around the clock to get the website running smoothly. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is due to at the begining I had Randall. I do not recommend him at all, but dont let that stop you from choicing OliveLogo cause Teresa Black and the devoloping team are amazing. I would recommend OliveLogo and Teressa to everyone. Where to start?! From start to finish this company was a pleasure to work with. The initial interaction was so simple and easy. They literally took my vision and put it into a logo. My project mananger was the cherry one top. I changed my mind a few times but Teresa B. Was pleasant and patient all the way through. I could reach her at anytime and she responded ASAP.
