This company is a scam

This store is misleading, there is nothing "Toronto" about it. Products came from who knows where. I ordered a pair of mens shorts in a large. They sent me a children's XL which is so small I didn't even attempt to try them on. The refund process is a pain. They insist on tracking, the cost of shipping to the Netherlands with tracking is almost as much as what I paid for the shorts. Don't buy anything from this company.

I had an item that came in and paid $79 for it. I tried to return right away by email because they don’t have a number. The reason why I didn’t wanna keep the item was because it was all white but completely see-through and for that price I didn’t feel that it should be completely see-through. After four times of emailing them and trying to reach someone to return the one item they then reached out to me too late after the 30 days and let me know that I was outside the return window. I do not recommend anybody buying from this website because there is no way of contacting them by phone and it’s like they purposely don’t email you back so that your receipt is invalid for any returns you may need to do. Even though it says 30 day guarantee or your money back, they are liars.

Again. Do bot buy these Temu/Shein garbage items. I paud 80 dollars to return $120 2 dresses. Im going ti look into calling a news station, there is a huge story here of scamming poor people our of money. NOT CANADIAN COMPANY!!!! How can they steal and misrepresent a ladies clothes line? It is insane. I feel so duped. Customer service was all AI chat Who said here it was good Customer service when it was a robot with form emails,? Buying from Temu or Shein is a better buy and return . SCAM. I better get a refund, I better get some shipping costs back

It also states that returns are easy
My product was way too small even using the site’s recommended sizing chart
My refund was only possible if I sent the product (at my own expense) to the NETHERLANDS!! The cost of the shipping was almost as much as the cost of the product!

What a joke they are, actualy not funny they are real scammer and should be force to stop their scam, I have never seen such a cheap material and they sell it as premium and when you try to return it to get a refund they make it impossible if you ask me they should be arrested and thrown in jail for thief, please do yourself a favor don't buy from those scammer.

IT'S A BIG SCAM!!!! Ordered a couple of summer clothes like shirts, dresses and shorts. Arrived in 3 separate shipments on 3 different dates and the clothes... Oh mu God! They are reselling very cheap made-in-China clothes for 10 times expensive. All "breathable" and "cotton" items came as 100% POLYESTER. I got an ugly shirt instead of beautiful floral ebroidered shirt. Emailed them that I want to return they said you can returm on your own money. I don't know why this scam operation still goes on. Isn't there anyone we can complain to?

I thought this product is Canadian products based in Toronto. But after I ordered it, I received the email stated my order will be shipped from China. That's when I realized I was tricked and misleadingbig time! This is a Chinese made in China...just image how the quality it will become...I paid almost $60 cdn dollars. I was so upset and disappointed at myself so badly. How could I let this happened to me. After 3 weeks, finally the dress arrived! My God it looks so ugly and awful the material is so thin and such a poor quality. I hide it from my husband planning to donate.
To everyone out there, be very careful where you order, search thoroughly the source from your order. Don't be stupid like me, you will regret. I regretted so much but I learned and never repeat the mistake again!

Do NOT buy anything from this company! Their online pictures look much better than the products which use the lowest quality fabrics and workmanship from China. I ordered a blouse and received a low quality product, wrong colour and sleeve length even though I followed their measurement chart.
They offered to compensate me 15% to keep the product and then 25% when I complained. I could return the product to an address in The Netherlands at my own expense, even though their company is Olivia and Rose - Toronto. Also, they wanted me to pay for a tracking number which would have cost almost the amount of purchase. I refused the tracking and mailed it with a complaint. I finally received a refund but I was still out $16 to mail it.
Terrible experience.

If I could give them no stars, I would. In their defense, I, someone who relies on reviews, did not read reviews when I came across them. So I am hoping for your sake that you are reading this first. The quality of everything I purchased was horrible. I would expect this from Temu or Shein, not to minimize those sites, but at least you know what to expect, and you pay for what you get. Everything, including the shoes, were too small. Every item I purchased I bought one size larger to make sure this didn't happen. I purchased 2 coats, 2 pairs of shoes and 1 purse. The sole of one pair of shoes feels like it is made from cardboard, and the purse is low-grade plastic. The coats are made with cheap materials, including down to the liner.

So I decided to return everything... You know, to TORONTO where I bought these. No, you have to return them to the NETHERLANDS! WITH a tracking number. It was going to cost $230CAD. So instead they gave me 25% back and allowed me to keep it... Sounds like Wish?

SCAM ! website look so legit but its a scam. They are just making people hard working money for wrong advertising and total lie. Its not a honest business I hope Karma hits the people like this.

Scam. Do not buy from here.. Horrendous jacket, nothing like the picture advertised. If you want a refund you would have to return to China. They will only offer you 15% refund.

I ordered a man jacket 10 days ago, and I had no gps or updates on where in transit my package was. 4 days ago I had emailed the customer support and 2 days ago I got a reply saying that they were out of stock, which they u professionally decided to not contact me to let me know but instead wait around waiting for me to email them. I needed that as a gift and thanks to them I have to rush to get a different present but wait for the refund at the same time which ruins my budget (I’m a uni student). So definitely will not buy from here again as they didn’t have the professionalism to let me know about the jacket being out of stock but didn’t even apologise, while informing me or when I told them about how unprofessional it was to not inform me earlier and who ever was on customer service was very informal and had a bit of an attitude.

I ordered a man's part denim jacket. I have emailed several times for updates on delivery, just come back saying it was in transit. I eventually told them if I didn't receive my order I wanted my money back and if this didn't happen I would make a complaint and get the money back from my credit card company and they would retreive the money from them. So the next day i received a jacket , absolutely nothing like i ordered. I ordered with the company Olivia Rosa, but can't find any site in this name in trustpiolet reveiws, so they are obvouisly going under several names. My advice don't be tempted to order from this Company and going forward check other companies with similar names and similar clothing offers

Provide a return address to the Netherlands, though their address is listed as Toronto. DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM THIS SITE. Items ship directly from China, not the Netherlands, no reason it should be returned to the Netherlands.

Scam! I ordered a jacket, the fit was terrible (very small) and the fabric is cheap. I immediately reached out for a return and refund and they just keep emailing me the same automated message offering me 15% back to keep the product. The jacket is garbage and I want my money back. I thought this was a legit company but seems like a huge scam.

I ordered boots based on an internet ad. I checked the website first and it seemed legit. The boots seemed just like what I wanted - quality, good style, good price.

When they arrived, long after the order date and from China, they looked quite different from the ad in style and colour. The material in the picture looked of good quality leather, but the actual shoe that arrived was quite plasticky and the shoe itself hardly weighed much.

When a refund was requested, customer service was responsive and polite, however they only offered a 25% refund and that I could keep the shoes. This was not acceptable to me on principle alone as I feel I was misled by their advertisement. So I replied that I’d like a full refund. From there, they offered 50% and that I could keep the shoes, or a full refund if I sent the shoes back via a tracked service and that I send them the tracking info.

Well, tracked service to the Netherlands is over half the price of these shoes. So, they got me.

I have now requested the 50% and I guess will be wearing the cheap shoes, but not falling for online scams like this in the future. Thank you for the lesson, Olivia and Rose!

Woke up in the morning to see email saying sorry we have run out the item or my size which was confusing as I was told it was getting sorted 😶‍🌫️☹️not good woke up this morning to be told sorry your item is no longer available.
So id gone to another site before to be told its coming here is a free😑😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️got the free items no jacket so I saw Olivia rosa ordered it to be told Bs again.
Not happy at now told refund or wait another month.
Loved the quilted jeans jacket....gutted going to have to get my money and call it a loss it such a long it may have a bit after the third but way quick to take my thought. I feel as though they /Olivia Rosa lied to me
