Not what I expected until I read the reviews
Was unaware that products were produced overseas. The website is misleading. Thought I was supporting Canadian made products.
Material is very thin and not true to size. Asked for a refund and only offered 25% of price, only if I follow particular steps and the refund is deemed acceptable by the company. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Buyer beware

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me, I have to say I was very impressed with their reply to me. They fully refunded me and they were very understanding. Extremely disappointed in not only the fact that the website doesn't mention anywhere that the clothes are manufactured and shipped from China, I was under the impression they were a Canadian company based in Toronto. My items arrived, extremely cheap material and other than one dress the other 3 items look nothing like the picture. The quality is basically Shein, but you're paying 20 times the price of what it would cost on Temu or Shein. I had reached out to customer service a few times to inquire about the shipment delays and the response time was good and always received a response. The last message sent was yesterday when I received my order and saw how bad the quality was. I sent an email asking what the return policy is, they replied with let us know what you want to return and we'll help you. I sent an email today and it keeps bouncing back. So I guess they blocked me :( my recommendation is to avoid at all costs!

Ordered a cardigan
Ordered a cardigan, it came shipped directly from China. It was overpriced for what it was. The website photos totally misrepresented the sizing, color, fit and structure- it was clearly not the same sweater in the photos! This is flat our fraud and deception. Trying to now get a hold of the company. Let's see if they answer me someday.
