Never receive my order and my refund money

Alexander R has given this company an 5 star rating in October 2025… is it just a coincidence that an email I received in December from Ollunu was from Alexander R!!!!
Ordered for Christmas 2025, chased up and Alexander R advised it had been lost in transit and I would receive a refund. Still waiting for refund but after reading lots of bad reviews I guess I’m not getting my refund anytime soon. Lesson learnt … first time I’ve ever been SCAMMED!

Ordered in Nov 2025. Got order confirmation and a subsequent email. Nothing received as of Jan 2026. Website doesn't seem to exist anymore and they have not replied to my emails.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

SCAMMERS!I placed an order in October never got any update on dispatch,thought it was odd contacted “the support”got reassured it was on the way with no tracking information.more and more weeks passed no response no delivery estimation emailed again same man again “alexsander”same again on the way.emailed again was apparently “lost in transit”he told me he issued MY refund and would take 5-7 days it’s now January emailed no reply.very clearly desperate for money.

ordered oct 24,despite me following its so called delivery time..never arrived at all..i was emailed with an apology,saying they would now just refund it..despite me e mailing them,several times,no refund was recieved'....order 2330....DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY>>YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!

Ordered a item in November, never received was told by Alexander I would receive refund as item was lost in transit in December and still have not recieved the refund and now all emails are being ignored. DON'T BUY COMPLETE SCAN

Total scam was told like many others item were in post just running late never arrived no refunds..and I see the allunu website has gone. Scammers.

Scam. Goods ordered “lost in transit” refund promised but never arrived. Now one month and and the company has stopped replying to emails.

I completely agree with most other reviews. I was scammed by Ollunu. I ordered a wooden truck for my grandson’s birthday on the 12th November. When it didn’t arrive I contacted them three times to find out where the delivery was. Eventually they said it was missing and agreed to arrange a refund within 7 working days. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund.

Ordered a few things from here dealt with Alexandria to be told I would be refunded nothing at all was refunded all items added to over £70 dont use as product will never come

Total scam, please avoid at all costs. Was informed in December my order had been lost and promised money back from Alexander. No surprise but no refund arrived and now no communication from them. Please, please avoid and if only I’d have checked Trustpilot before ordering….

Avoid this company at all costs. After my tracking number showed no information, "Alexander" from customer service claimed my package was lost and promised a full refund on December 10, 2025. It has been nearly a month, and I have received nothing. To make matters worse, their website has now been taken down. They are taking money and vanishing. Do not trust them!

Like everyone else I was scammed by this Ollunu company, I ordered an item,paid for it,waited a month no item and a phony tracking number.I emailed them and was told it was” lost in shipping”.How can everyone’s items all be lost in shipping ?? More like items never existed ?! Seems like there’s one guy Alexander that works there,that had promised a refund but I don’t think I’ll see that money back from them so I’ll have to dispute the charge with the credit card company.Very Disappointed

This guy Alex texting he personally issued a refund, it's all a scam, please please do not buy from any of these pop up company's.
