I placed an order in October and STILL have not received my package. This company is likely a scam! DO NOT BUY from OLLUNU. Stay away!

Went to track order and tracking number had no information. Upon reaching out to “customer service” Alex said my package was lost and a refund was issued, yet I’m still waiting! Website is also NO longer active!

Orders in October said delivered emailed they said give it a couple of days

Rubbish company ordered over a month ago no correspondence and can’t find the website what a scam so disappointing

Horrible company to deal with. Placed and paid for order on November 10. After numerous emails to them with excuses coming back, they told me today.(December 13) that my order was lost and to expect a refund in 5 to 7 days. They better refund me! Beware of this company!

Ordered on 26/10,a car simulator,a week or so later,i asked about the tracking as not moved,I was told alot of rubbish about delivery staff being off sick and assured me it was on route,appeared genuine at 1st,but despite all this,i was wrong!!finally after telling them I'm on to them"Alexander"sent a refund....SCAM!! AVOID!!

SCAMMER!!! had waited over a month for my order to arrrived, so i reached out to them asking why, ALEXANDER gave me a long response that sounds like was written by ChatGPT. The same ALEXANDER that wrote a review (if you scroll down the reviews to the bottom). DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered a toy kids mechanic car in November , sent multiple emails, they said it was on its way , when tracking says it hasn’t left the country , they told me it’s days away from delivery, well that was 27 days ago , have asked for full refund see how I go with that , do not trust this company , big scam ,

Emailed customer service who kept saying it would be here any day.
No proper tracking number.
Have now asked for a refund......

After waiting over a month for an item and assuring me it was on its way, they have now messaged saying a refund is being processed without a reason why!

Definite scam.

Ordered a kids car simulation toy from them that never arrived. I chased them over a number of weeks and they kept saying "shipments usually take 5 - 8 days" and "sorry it's taking longer than usual".

As others have said, they sent me a tracking link, but the tracking was never updated.

After almost two months I complained again and they said the courier had a problem with my address, which is nonsense.

They did eventually refund my money, though, after I threatened to report them.

Ordered 28/10, paid and since then getting the runaround re delivery delays and...and...and. Please do not order from them.

I ordered nov 1. Have not received as if nov 28/25. They keep making EXCUSES, so I canceled it, and waiting for a refund, which will probably not happen. If I had an option I would rate this as zero.
